Had a great first time experience getting a spray tan. Kasey explained everything from start to finish and for once I didn't have any doubts or questions. Usually when I get spray tans I feel confused about the protocol after but she explained it very well. She also instructed me to position my arms, legs and etc in more ways than Im used to in order to get a nice even tan with no missed spots. She also gave me a card with instructions on it for after care and also the exact time she recommends rinsing off. It's nice to be able to rinse off within 3-4 hours. The color looks even and I think it's going to turn out really nice later today. They make the process easy and convenient. It's also very clean and smells great. I went this place for a Brazilian and that's the first time I try sugaring and to be honest it is 2x hurt than waxing but not as clean. It's surprisingly hurt when the technician put sugar on my hair. Ladies there are very friendly and gentle, but the process really makes me ponder. read more

I have a membership here only because Maya gives the BEST TANS & Bianca too! I prefer sugaring over wax and it's worth the drive for the great customer service, I was sick dealing with dying parents, flu etc and they were so accommodating again they have a lot of locations but this is my favorite location - worth the drive. I hope future visits will live up to here if I use when traveling and moving out of Dtla to a diff area so hopefully I can still commute reasonably. Came here randomly today because I needed to get my girl groomed. Parking is easy, parked in the back (plenty of parking) and walked to the front. The receptionist (can't recall her name) but she was very informative and professional. The place is very clean, neat and organized. I was greeted by Stephanie, who has such good vibes and energy. She put me and ease and was professional. I was in and out in 20 minutes, even after shaving and being over due for a nice grooming (new hair growth..:ouch) I was still in and out pretty quick. Today was my 3rd visit to the Pasadena salon and again I wasn't disappointed. The staff is welcoming, professional and sweet. I have had 2 different girls give me an airbrush tan and both were wonderful. I am older and was a bit self conscious about getting it done but they made me feel right at ease. This location is great! Convenient parking in the back of store, so I didn't have to worry about parking. This was my first time trying sugaring and Alyssa was great as as she walked me through the process. Originally, I had planned for a Brazilian but asked if I could do my underarms as well. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do both but, Alyssa was quick and precise. She was able to do both within the allotted time I had for my appointment. Stephanie made my experience so comfortable and made me feel at ease. Finding a new tech for Brazilians is hard but the girls here make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The sugaring process is completely different from wax. The sugar mix does not tug and tear at your skin like wax does so this makes the process way less painful. S+B has been a game changer for me with hair removal. I have seen better results than waxing and would probably never switch back (less pain and slower, thinner hair growth right after your first go.) The membership makes it affordable and easy to keep up with on a monthly basis. & The Pasadena location made me feel comfortable and homey which is an important quality to have with these services. 10/10. read more

Love the location, the incredible ease of booking, the text messaging capabilities and the fact that the ladies who work here are cross trained and knowledgeable, they are SO efficient, experts at what they do (simple menu which I like!) also they are open late which is an unbeatable offer that swayed me from my last tanning spot. Then once I received the top shelf treatment from Maya, it sealed the deal and I became a member. My tan lasts at least a week, and the sugaring didn't leave any ingrown hairs which was a first for me. Can't recommend this place enough! read more
