I reached out twice by phone to inquire about the airbrush tanning service and didn't receive a call back. I even followed up with a couple of text messages, letting them know that I wanted to get in touch with them to ask some questions, but still didn't hear anything. It wasn't until several hours later--at the end of the business day--when I got a text message saying they were sorry they missed my call. But that was it, no other explanation, no offer of "how can I help?". They weren't really that sorry. But also, it shouldn't have been a text back - my initial contact was two phone calls, so it should have been a call back. It shouldn't take a full day to reply to a new customer inquiry. It's best when business are enthusiastic for new business, available during normal hours, and make reaching out easy. Their unavailability and no-response is why I went somewhere else. read more

Excellent experience. I booked a tan for the first of three events to give OATS a try. Tatiyana is SO kind and warm. I filled out the online form before the appointment and she really took my preferences and skin into consideration to customize my experience. I haven't had a spray tan in over 10 years because it didn't work well for me. I don't know if it's new tech or Tatiana's expertise, but I didn't have any of the same issues: Color looked natural on my normally very pale skin, my skin felt great (not tight and dry), and no dark areas around my knees/elbows/feet. The tan faded evenly after about a week without streaks or dark spots in my pores. I am sensitive to odors and don't like the smell of a spray tan, so she did a rapid tan (shower after 1 hr) to make it as minimal as possible. I smelled the product on my skin the tiniest bit the next day, and nothing after that. She provides guidance before and after your appointment to get the best results. This place is so cute! I was visiting the area and needed some quick glam for an event. My bestie gets airbrushed here and recommended OATS. My makeup artist was Megan. She took such good care of me!! She was the kindest and nicest makeup artist I've ever had put makeup on me. I wanted soft glam and she did a stunning job. She chose the perfect color palette for my fair complexion. She listened to what I wanted and delivered better than I could have hoped for. It's hard to put fake lashes on my eyes and she applied them like an Olympian. My bestie got her tanning glow on by Megan as well. She did a thorough job and the tan looked real. I was able to book an appointment for a custom spray tan online the same day and also found street parking very close by quickly when I arrived. One of the worst spray tans I've gotten. The place is super cute I really wanted this to be my go to spray tan spot. The girl that spray tanned me was so nice but she was a child!! She just graduated high school so I don't even blame her. I blame the owner for having someone so inexperienced do the spray tans for her and still charge $75. If I'm paying that much I better have someone experienced administer my tan. My arms are dark, my legs and back are pale. Half of my face wasn't spray tanned. My arm is uneven (I attached a photo). Also they only have two color options so this isn't even a custom spray tan. The dark is not dark at all. I am so dissapointed I trusted this place before my event. read more

I Love coming here for my monthly tan! Tatiyana is really good and makes you feel very comfortable. Making an appointment is always easy and she is always accommodating to my time schedule. I have gotten the regular tan and the express tan and I love them both. My tan always lasts and fades nicely. Of course if you want your tan to last and fade nicely you do have to follow all the steps to achieve this. I only scrub in the shower if I want my tan to come off other wise I lather gently with the shower cleanser (I purchased the small kit, totally recommend) and this extends my days! I also purchased the cosmo sun sun lotion with shimmer from here and it's the best! Perfect shimmer to your tan for a date night, club or if your out at a pool party. First tanning experience and it was fabulous! 5 stars for the experience, booking, and customer service. Details below I booked via their Instagram handle. It was a smooth process, no complaints. They require a deposit but it's reasonable. Afterwards you will get an email confirmation stating how to prep before your appt. I showered, shaved, and exfoliated 1-2 days before. The day of my appt I did not apply any product onto my skin. I checked in with the owner who was the same person that later spray tanned me. She gave me a questionnaire to find out more about my skin time, skin conditions, expectations, etc. She then proceeded to spray tan me. The whole experience was comfortable. Let me start by saying that Tatiyana is excellent at her job, she knows exactly what color will go best with your skin tone and always gets the exact depth you are looking for (I'm naturally very fair and she makes me look like a natural summer goddess).
