The service is friendly and the prices are relatively reasonable. I like how they assess your skin tone to give you a more flattering tan with selecting a specific undertone. The only issue I had was the spray tan did not come out evenly and the room was out of barrier cream. Not the staff's fault though, when I informed them they immediately went to fill up the barrier cream and also advised for me to wipe off the uneven spray. Fortunately it dried okay! read more

I found this place on Yelp, and Yelp, once again, did not fail me! I used to tan a lot at the beach when I was younger but now that work consumes a good majority of my time, I had to find an alternative way to find the glow I want for the "big day" (or just any other eventful day for that matter). I've gone to a few sun tan places in the past using their basic sit down/stand up machines with unlimited-type deals, but most the results end up being very temporary. I may tan easily but the tan fades away just as fast. Further, depending on the lotion I use and how I lay on my back, the color and lining also comes out uneven. If your skin is anything like mine, then you have to move a step up and use the Matrix. The prices for the Matrix are reasonable ($110 for 6 sessions), and if you enter your Five Card Rewards, you get to accumulate your points to get other great deals for lotions and misc packages. I also noticed that they have a wide selection of lotions that I use (my favorite is Luminaire) so I can't wait to accumulate my points to see what deals I can get for that blue bottle. The place also offers a variety of wraps and teeth whitening packages, which I've already read good things about. The girls in the front are consistently friendly and nice. Place does get packed, even on a late Wednesday night, so definitely call first before deciding to come in. read more

Decided to spray tan for my Vegas trip since it's the safer option for me since I burn before I get tan. You have a couple of options, the one you leave on for about 8 hours and then wash off or the one you leave on no more than 4 hours and the color will pick up the next day. I went with the 4 hour organic spray tan, while being spray she will advise you on the do and don't. Pretty basic and straight to the point. Waste of my day! I was given a gift of three tanning sessions here for Mothers Day from a friend. It was purchased on-line. It took almost two weeks for them to get back to him on locating the purchase. I wanted to start using the gift card today and they made it so complicated for a simple process that they obviously are very disorganized and definitely unprofessional. From the time I tried to call and make an appointment "Emily" was rude and "put out" by having to do her job. She did not know directions to the salon, and said she could not help me unless I had a bank statement showing the purchase. It was a gift! They had my name on the gift and all they needed to do was ask for my ID. Emily never offered to show me around or offer me options to upgrade to the beds I wanted. She just seemed "spaced out" and not wanting to do anything to help. She did get " Lily" the owner on the phone who also said she needed a bank statement to honor my gift card. WTF! It's a gift card people! Get with the times of your payment processing. I left and asked them to give my friend's money back and I went across the street to "Sun Works" tanning. From the moment I walked in the gal showed me around and was very knowledgeable of the beds and products. She offered me several options and I purchased a deluxe package as I was so impressed. The first time that I came here it was great, but the second time they would not honor our Groupon even though Groupon very specifically says you can use up to three a year and also sells them in three packs. They sprayed me first because the girl was busy and recognized me and then when I went to pay she refused the Groupon, after I was tan. She called the owner and they said no and then she threatened to call the police if I didn't pay. read more

OK so hear me out with this one: No Sand Tan USED to be great. I used to come in for the Versa Spray tan as an unlimited member and loved it, mostly because they were affordable AND the staff was awesome. They'd even let me do a combo spray (so like a level 2 and then a level 4 right after for example) for an even, dark and luscious tan. Needless to say, I was hooked. But recently, I went in and asked if I could do the same thing (2 layers) and was just flat. out. denied. I understood and went on my merry way to do just one coat but I just couldn't get over how rude the girl was (I never saw her before...a mixed african american girl?) about it. Like just straight up interrogated me on who did that for me before and was like "no we don't do that. unless you want to pay extra" NOW I get it, I got a groupon this time around for 3 sessions, but honestly it was never a big deal before and I guess NOW it is, but as a employee, --hell, as a human being--you don't need to talk DOWN to someone like that. I'm not asking for special treatment, but understand that it IS how you guys used to do it, (why would I be making this up?!) and now it's apparently not the case. I'm just bummed that she was in a position to help me understand and instead ruined my whole day from her attitude. Sucks too, because I used to refer a bunch of my friends to go here but now I doubt I will anymore just because of her. If I were the business owner, I would want her off my team ASAP. EDIT: So the manager (or owner?) just reached out to me after this review assuring me that this employee would be spoken to and I'm glad that she took notice, as it shows that she cares about her customers. I went here yesterday for the first time for a custom spray tan. I like customer spray tans because you get sprayed by the worker and they can adjust how dark or light you want to be. It is also less terrifying then the machine sprays! It last about 5-6 days if you follow instructions. I had a girl named *NAS* do my spray tan and my friends. She was welcoming, easy going, and helpful throughout the whole process! Of course I was a bit shy being sprayed by a stranger, but she made the process super comfortable. The color also turned out not orange, and very natural. Received a lot of compliments at work. The lady at the front desk who had short hair was also very welcoming and nice! I am a new customer interested in the infrared bed. I just need to say that i am incredibly disappointed in how rudely i was treated by Janel. When i entered she was chatting about makeup and a trip she went on for several minutes while i just stood at the front dest. Finally the other woman a customer looked at me. I thought that was my opportunity to ask if the infrared bed was available and was promptly rebuffed by Janel who told me in an incredibly rude ton "excuse me while i finish up with my client". I came here for a spray tan for a wedding that I attended in April. I wish I could remember the girls name who gave me the spray tan because I thought she was awesome. She was super friendly, informative, and on top of it all, I loved my tan! She took her time, and made sure to give me what I was looking for. My tan at first looked really dark which she advised it would before I showered. My boyfriend joked that I looked like I spent a week in the Florida Keys. Lol After I showered though it looked great! It looked natural, and like what I would look like if I spent a summer at the beach! My tan lasted for about a week which I'm not sure is average, but I was happy it lasted longer than my last tan from another place. I've only had one or two spray tans before, and the last place I went to weren't nearly as good as No San Tan because the tan disappeared within a day or two. Overall I'm happy with my visit, and will come back to try out other services. :-) **Also, make sure to exfoliate really well prior to spray tanning, and moisturize afterward! read more

A few months ago, I came in to No Sand Tan to try out their organic mystic spray. I was leaving out of the country to paradise and wanted sun kissed skin before arriving. I've never been spray tanned so I didn't know what to expect. I was brought to the back, and instructed to drop down to my birthday suit. Ha! I wasn't expecting that but the associate made me feel comfortable during the process. I returned home, only to get spray on tan on everything. I left the solution in for 1.5 hour as directed, no scrubbing, no hot water, and waited for the full results the next day. I'm very light skinned, and tanning under the sun doesn't work for me. I burn not tan. Tan lines. What's that? I was very excited until, I saw the final results... I came out looking like an orange mini from the wizard of Oz. Tip: if you're going to a beachy paradise, you may want to hold off on the spray tan. By the second day, my spray tan had scrubbed off from the beachy sands of Montego Bay. I went snorkeling, got massaged, went swimming, hiking, as well as play beach volleyball til sunset for 3 days. I had the time of my life. My tan fleeted fast. Not complaining. However, the cash I used for my tan, could have been better spent there or used for a different service. As my vacation continued the tan wore off, thankfully. As a result, I looked lighter and lighter in photos as the vacation came to an end. I can't see myself getting spray tanned any time soon. I also have a new respect for Victoria Secrets body bronzer spray. It works miracles and washes off! read more
