I have a BA in Business Management so when i say she is an excellent teacher I mean it. She motivates students and she reminds me of the movie with James Olmos "Stand and Deliver". This is the kind of teacher we need in all schools. She always has a positive attitude and never in a bad mood. It's never boring in her class and everyone's is captivated by her teaching. Many students have passed their real estate license thanks to her. I also like that she always has a smile and has a welcoming demeanor. I also like that she never makes you feel stupid when you ask questions even though some of them might be lol. She's always well dress and well-groomed and never has messy hair or undo makeup. She really cares about her students and she never rushes to leave and will stay after class if you have any questions. I could truly say she goes beyond the Call of Duty. She seriously reminds me of Tony Robin's the famous motivational speaker. She encourages you and doesn't give up and that's why so many students have passed the exam. God bless her efforts . Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions I would be glad to answer them all..

During the riding test, I was doing okay until I panicked, locked up the rear brake instead of progressively squeezing the front, heard the tire squeal, stopped, and jumped off the bike like a child. I was embarrassed and convinced I had already failed. Without making a big scene or drawing attention to it, they calmed me down, helped me reset, and got my head back into a good place. Somehow, I managed to pass. Barely, but a pass is a pass. The funny part is that once I got out riding on my own, everything they had taught me started to click. The classroom instruction was just as good. They were patient, clear, and genuinely engaged. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Even though they teach the same material repeatedly, it never feels like they are just going through the motions or thinking, "Here we go again, same class, different day." I would absolutely recommend them to anyone learning to ride.

But before we took the exam, me and those two other students were talking about how we weren't confident about taking the exam because of the instructor and her horrible confusing teaching. The instructor, which I'm guessing is the business owner, was 10 minutes late to the class and then she started the class an hour late and only checking in like six students. There were barely any students there. So an hour of teaching time was wasted because she was lollygagging. As the instructor sat down to start teaching the class, she kept stopping to text message somebody and I don't know if it was her boyfriend, but she had a huge smile on her face, Every time she was texting somebody. She did not answer questions that I had for her. She kept saying that those questions weren't necessary to answer because they weren't on the test. I paid almost $400 to take that class. I would much appreciate if you answer the questions that I have, regardless, if it's on the test or not. And then, when I finally passed the exam after having to take it a second time and after having to purchase an online Notary course by EZ Notary. I spoke to the owner on the phone and asked how can I get the rest of my supplies which is a journal, my bond and my seal. She said I would have to pay for the shipping since I don't live around there and I'm not willing to go get it in person to pick up the supplies. Her team or her emailed me the invoice for the shipment, it was $31, just to ship my bond and then I would have to pay for a second shipment for the rest of my supplies. Talk about ripping students off. Another thing is you have to pay for parking. when I called before I placed the order I asked her assistant or her front desk person do I have to pay for parking, he said no that we can get it validated for you. But nobody wanted to validate the ticket unless you bought something in that building. The parking was $20. Do not pay to take the in person class and do not pay for any other Notary course from her. She is a horrible instructor. I would not waste your time or your money. There is a much better chance passing the exam through someone else online course. Good luck!

I even learned about Medicare, Medi-Cal, and several diff programs to help people pay for care. Paul and Vanessa are so so knowledgeable and have such huge hearts. Maybe you just like comedy in general, or maybe you wanted to challenge yourself to do comedy in a language that isn't your native one. When you show up to class, you don't really know what to expect. The word "class" brings many weird associations to all of us. I was never good at school, so I didn't know how this particular type of school would work out. I'm just so, so insanely grateful now. Corey has been a phenomenal teacher. He just has this ability to find the funny in you. He has this ability to help you understand comedy and see it as a craft. He's a good listener. He has little to no ego. That's one of the many things that makes him so good. You're not just there to listen and take notes. You'll be on stage early, first in front of your fellow students and then in front of up to 120 people. Being on stage like that can be a life-changing experience. Even though you're expected to joke and be funny, don't treat the class as a joke. You soon realize how much work goes into being funny, and that a five-minute set can feel like an eternity. You're forced to cut things out. You're forced to make your jokes better and more direct, sort of similar to how you're forced to keep reading this review of mine. Don't wait until you've done an open mic first. Don't wait. Don't be scared that you're not funny enough. Just show up on Sunday at the oldest comedy club in LA and do your best.
