Their technique is a little rougher than other places I've been to and my skin tends to be tender for 2-3 days rather than 1. Well this was not the type of customer service I was used to!! I have been there several time with Madison who is amazing by the way, and for some reason they needed to move my original appoint I had scheduled with her to another day. No big deal right? Well when I called to reschedule they simply told me I was unable to request her due to schedules which can change at anytime. However I asked is she working at this location on this day and time which after 2 different phones calls I was told yes she is scheduled to work this evening. Well To my surprise when I walked in for my appointment Madison was not working and I would be with another employee. At this point I felt stuck cause I'm going on vacation and now have no other option especially since they had already moved my original appointment. Now the girl who sugared me was good and all but to be honest I don't need every employee who works here seeing my lady bits. I really liked Madison he style technique and how she made me super comfortable. To just add icing on to the cake I own 2 of my own salons which offer waxing and I opt to pay for this company to sugar me because it's my preferred method over waxing however I can't say I will be back anytime soon. I feel that since I can't request the person I want I will take my business somewhere else for consistency. read more

So bummed to write this review ! The staff was nice place was really clean great parking eveything but my actual sugar was AWFUL. I've been sugaring for 4 years and before that I was waxing for about 6 months. This Sugar I had with them this past week was the most painful experience I've ever encountered. It would have been better if the sugar they used was actually warmed up ( it makes such a difference !!!) but no it was not warm , the girl went over and over the same spots leaving me actually raw and sore for 2 days after which is NOT normal for sugaring ( and in places You should not be raw ) Sugaring is a great alternative to waxing as it pulls in the direction of our hair - well should be and is significantly less painful . In my case it was pulled the other direction which ended me up with tons of hair left over due to breakage. I found this place last minute because I was leaving for a trip the next day and I ended up having to coconut oil my self throughout the next two days and then covered my self in neosporine at night in Efforts to speed my healing. My skin was RAW ! It was so painful to even sit. If you have a similar experience like mine don't give up on sugaring , it truly is amazing and not painful when it's done correctly. I'm bummed I won't be back to this salon. read more
