The promotions and specials are decent, though not particularly distinctive. That said, the exceptional results, honesty, and personalized care I consistently receive from Kristina make every visit worth every penny. She is the reason I continue returning, and she has earned my complete trust and confidence. I've never been treated outside of DERMFX, BUT I have been treated by other DERMFX practitioners at different locations. I know many people who have had excellent experiences at other practices and I genuinely enjoy hearing about the different providers, services, and pricing available in the area because every practice offers something unique. Exploring your options and comparing providers can be helpful in finding the best fit for your individual needs and preferences. So if you are still reading, probably just ladies, I have found perhaps the world's best facialist. Clover is hands-on, totally off-the-wall decadent, experienced, wonderful, kind and gifted. She is all sorts of talented. She just has "it", the "x" factor, that wonderful touch that makes you feel all amazing and J.Lo glowy after you leave. She really wanted me to relax and enjoy myself. She explained everything without upselling, and she was such a graceful and healing presence. She was the most requested facialist at Burke Williams before she started her own place. She is also always super booked, so make sure you get in early and often. You, too, can look like a six year old. She also doesn't leave you in the room with a mask. Oh no, she takes being in the room and healing massage to a different level: she uses healing stones on your feet, puts your hands in warm gloves and basically gives you a full body massage. Massage and facial = yes please!! I'll tell you how good she is: I walked in having a truly awful day, and I walked out knowing and feeling that everything is going to be alright. Now, that's a healing experience.

**$200 gift card not honored and no refund or response**…read more On May 10, 2026, I purchased a $200 gift card from the San Clemente iTAN location using my Chase debit card as a birthday present for my wife. When my wife attempted to use it on June 3, the employees said the card was not working and denied her service. She attempted to use it again approximately two weeks later and was denied a second time. She was promised a callback but never received one. On June 17, she called the store again and was promised another callback. No one called. I went to the store personally that same day and was told that ownership had changed and that gift cards purchased before the ownership change were not working or being accepted. I requested a refund. The employees contacted a manager and told me that corporate would handle it, and someone would call me. No one did. On July 16, after receiving no response for nearly one month, I returned to the store. I was told that the manager would call me within two minutes. That call never came either. The business has my $200. The gift card has never been used, and we have received no service, replacement card, store credit, refund, apology, or meaningful response. An ownership change is an internal business matter. A customer should not be left with a worthless $200 gift card and no person willing to take responsibility. I have now submitted a written demand for a full refund and contacted Chase regarding a dispute. I will update this review if the business resolves the matter.
