We went after a Sunday Service, it did take a bit to get our food-but we were made aware of that when ordering due to the Sunday lunch rush. It was very worth the wait! We are visiting from Jacksonville, Florida and can say that we will be heading here everytime we come back to Blue Ridge! The aromas of the burgers were mouthwatering-we almost forgot to take photos! The service was very nice and they were kind to let us stay to eat even though our food ended up coming after they closed! It's very family friendly and it was very much one of the best burgers we had! Plus get the onion rings, trust me!

Nathan Dogs, Onion Rings, and Old Fashioned Hamburgers....just a few of my favorite menu items which are freshly prepared and served. 42 years in the business. I'd say the Huff family has gotten it right! FYI: Cash Only (ATM on premise) and everything is cooked to order. It's definitely worth the wait, Naysayers!!

I eat low carb and have ordered no bun burgers all over. I usually get a sad little plate. Let me tell you, Sue's Burgers got the assignment and decided to level up! I was really happy with this and they did a great job putting together a pretty and delicious plate. Kudos! There isn't table service, but the food is good, portions are sizable and this cook is a keeper. Thanks for a great lunch!

Great Burgers! But not fast food! We knew that going in so we each brought a book. # 19 was called as we sat down & we were #26. 18 min did not seem long to us. It was fresh hot & good!! Lots of it! Neither of us ate all of our meals! We will go back again!

We saw the sign saying these were the best burgers so we had to stop. They aren't kidding! The burger is SO good! I opted for getting grilled onions instead of regular along with all their usual toppings and it was absolutely delicious. Also huge portion sizes, I couldn't finish the burger by myself! Went back another time and got the chicken tenders and those were also delicious! It will be a regular stop for us when we come visit Ellijay! It is cash only but they have an atm on site!

Sue's Best Burger in Town This is the real deal. Hand formed juicy hamburgers on toasted buns. Closest thing to heaven in Blue Ridge.

On par with MacDonalds. Grumpy service, no atmosphere, mediocre burger. Looks like it's closed the last time I drove by.

Food was good until my date said she found a hair in her food, we dug it out and it was so long she got sick to her stomach. I then looked at my plate and found two different hairs on my food. Since I try to be understanding I scooted them aside and finished eating. Food was alright, did I expect a Michelin star meal? Of course not. Did I expect cafeteria food? Not really, but that's what we got. We paid (price was murder btw,) and left. That's just nasty, and considering it was my first time at a waffle king, it may very well be my last.

They simply could not have been better if they tried. Five stars if review was on service only! Food was not awesome. My mom's waffle was doughy and a little undercooked in the center. My dad's hash browns didn't have that golden brown crust and texture you expect with diner hash browns. Looking around the restaurant, other tables did, they just missed it for his, they were pale and sad looking. My grilled chicken was obviously out of a Tyson bag, but tasted fine. One thing on the menu that was very peculiar was adding melted cheese to your pie. Like why?? I do not want cheese on my pecan pie, thank you very much. Easy location with plenty of parking! It was hopping and looks like they stay quite busy all the time! If you need a quick breakfast and to fill a hunger, this is the place!

Even adding the salt and pepper packets they gave didn't help much. Asked for the chicken patty but got what, I think, was the steak (looked like sausage patty but was not sausage at all). It had no flavor either which was a bummer for the add on. The eggs were ok, just scrambled with some butter added in. Service was best part, girl at the counter was really nice, made sure I had salt and pepper and utensils in the bag before I even asked about. It's a drive up place and is quaint, I generally like these kind of places as they were common when I lived in Arkansas and went to Oklahoma a lot. Clearly this place has a lot of good reviews so things are good here, just feel I maybe went on an off day.

The biscuit is made fresh. The toppings are pretty standard for fast food, but that isn't an issue for us. We've learned to share the tots as one bag is more than either of us wants alone. This is an inexpensive breakfast spot that we crave each trip to Blue Ridge. The shop is cute with mirrored diner siding. The walk up window and drive thru are always busy, but we've always gotten our food quickly. There are a few picnic tables out front by the parking spots, but this really is a grab-and-go restaurant.

She was super sweet and took great care of us. We were celebrating something special and she made sure our night was memorable. They started us off with the bread, which was absolutely delicious. Get the bread!!!! We ordered the pork belly for an appetizer. It was absolutely delicious. I ordered the shareable mac & cheese, and a salad that I customized. Alyssa went out out of her way to make sure that my salad was just how I wanted it. They were so nice about it. My dining partner ordered the black and blue fillet. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We both really loved the macaroni and cheese. They celebrated us with a bread, pudding, dessert and a really sweet card! When they presented the bill, they brought over housemaid chocolates that were absolutely delicious. We loved this restaurant so much and we cannot wait to return!

My friends and I came here for brunch during a visit to Blue Ridge. The ambiance and service were…read morereally wonderful and we were excited for our meal since it was a bit of a splurge for us. The food is the reason for the reduction in stars. We started with the shrimp and scallop fondue, which sounded so much better than it tasted, and the toasted bread it's served with was heavily salted and not enjoyable. My friends had the ribeye and said it was mediocre. I had the shrimp biscuit and only ate a few bites. The BBQ sauce was heavily salted and not pleasant, and the cheddar cheese just seemed like it didn't belong. As a cheese lover, this is the first time in over 60 decades that I've actually removed the cheese from a dish. I took the leftovers with me since I hate wasting food and ate the biscuit with some butter and the shrimp by themselves the next day. It still wasn't very good, but at least I didn't waste it. On the plus side, the cinnamon rolls were absolute delicious and were a bargain at $8 for six! They were the highlight of our meal. We also enjoyed the creme brûlée very much. Since the restaurant is pricey and so many of the dishes were a disappointment, we all agreed that we probably won't return to give it another try. We don't want to risk spending that much money again on a not-so-great meal.
