SuengLee has recently done some electrical work at my house for L2 EV charger installation. They removed the old electric panel and installed a new one with proper grounding that can support the new 200Amp smart meter. As part of the work they also added a submeter for EV charger that I can put under TOU rate and run the cable to the garage to make a NEMA14-60 outlet. On top of that they also helped to mount a Chargepoint unit at the wall and patch the stucco wall around the new electric panel. The work took longer than expected since they had to do some revisions to comply with city inspections. They did the work clean and neat as you can see from the picture. read more

THOROUGH, THOROUGH, THOROUGH! We had shorted circuit leaving half our downstairs without lights or power. I called SuengLEE electric, and Mr. Lee and Peter called me back within one our and was able to come out the same day. They asked me a bunch of questions regarding each and every light switch and outlet trying to assess and strategically troubleshoot the issue. They went to our electrical panel, tested, and double checked where each switched sourced power into our home and ensure it was properly labeled. The found the shorted wire, replaced it and then came back into the house and retested each switch and outlet. I was very impressed how methodical and thorough Mr. Lee and Peter were. They said part of reducing time and costs for the homeowner is to get a thorough assessment of where to start. In the end, they took a total of 1.5 hours and charged me a fee so ridiculously low that I had to offer a generous tip for 1) calling me back within one hour; 2) troubleshoot each and every switch and outlet; and 3) being so thorough or honest. Never did they recommend additional repairs or services that weren't necessary. I insisted that they leave me all of their business cards they had on hand so I can refer them business. I'm very pleased and can't say enough of about SuengLEE eclectric! read more

We needed both bathroom fans replaced and Mr. Lee did a fantastic job. I don't know if his interpreter/assistant Peter is related, but they both did great work. It was a pleasure having professionals in our house who knew what they were doing. Peter listened objectively and translated everything I said to Mr. Lee perfectly and when they were done, the clean-up was so good you couldn't even tell anyone had been there all day doing work. I highly recommend this company. Thank you. read more

Great work! I appreciate their attention to detail. Came out for a free assessment of the job and presented a very fair bid. I installed a ceiling fan recently at my second floor guestroom and Mr. Lee came on time and finished a job within hour without any fuss with reasonable price. He took extra care not to make a mess going in and out my attic. Previous company made a utter mass with all the debris falling on top of my wife's dress which made my wife really upset. I will definitely use his services again in the future. read more

Next day service for installation of 240v outlet for EV charging. Reasonably priced and service oriented. Would use them again.

Mr. Lee finished replacing the bathroom light, 2 bathroom exhaust fan, and 3 switches yesterday. He had to rewire the bathroom for the light and exhaust fan and had to cut open the wall ( 2 small holes) and enlarge the hole for the exhaust fans. He patched the holes afterwards. His work and service were outstanding and his price was very very reasonable. The work areas were covered with plastic sheets and he cleaned and even vacuum the bathroom floor. He and his staff were extremely polite and courteous. If you need an electrician, Mr. Lee is the person one should contact first to get an estimate. I will surely recommend him to my friends and will ask him to do any electrical work that I might need in the future. He wore mask and gloves while doing the work. read more
