I went with my mastiff puppy for the first time today and had an awesome experience. Super easy and extremely convenient. They provide everything you need! Lots of different shampoos, conditioner, flea/tick soap, brushes, towels, an apron for you to wear, treats at every station to keep your dog happy during the process, and air dryers at every station. They also do nail trimming and grooming If you have a puppy, it's probably best to bring them after they play and get tired to avoid over stimulation...It's a busy place with lots of noise. My pups fur is honestly so shiny and soft I can't stop petting him haha Can't wait to go back! read more

My FAVORITE place in Eugene! Not just the best dog wash spot, but a fun place to go. I have been washing dogs at Suds for seven years, with a variety of dogs (my own, my sister's, my fosters) Their prices are great and their staff is always the best. They love dogs! (The grooming business is a separate business) read more

I take my dog here about once a week. She loves to go in. She is greeted by name and feels adored. I love the customer service. I love the music they play. The staff is SUPER kind and helpful. They have everything you need without the mess you would have to cleanup in your house. Who doesn't love a great local shop! 4 Paws up for this business!! read more

Great place to give my 80 lb Irish Setter his bubbly wubbly sudzy wudzy cozy warm bath and blow dry. Great service, kind and friendly staff and owners. Very affordable pricing. They work hard to keep the place neat and clean, and the shampoos and conditioners are very good quality. Lots of brushes and combs if you need them. Wash stations are elevated so it doesn't kill my back. Plentiful supply of hot water. Ample supply of little cookie bits at each wash station- great positive reinforcement tool for the dog. And for those who don't want to bathe their own dog, they also offer professional dog grooming service right next door at "We Suds 'em." I have used that service as well and been completely satisfied. read more

Suds Em Yourself - Just got groomed for Christmas at Suds Em Yourself. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Love Suds em Yourself. Been going there for many year; appreciate their fun and caring attitude.

Visited for the first time a few months ago. The lady I dealt with was very nice, and did a great job trimming my pups nails Have been back twice more, with my small dog, and my brothers two big dogs that I've been puppy-sitting for. Different people each time, but the same result. Friendly service, good price for a nail trim, and they do a nice job. I like that they have treats for sale too. Makes it easy for me to get them a special treat after a nail trim. Definitely recommend this place for a good, cheap nail trim for your dog! They handle good dogs well, and they are very patient with more difficult dogs too! read more

I called a few weeks back and the groomers (We Suds 'Em?) were booked out til mid-June. Our go-to mobile groomer had to cancel last minute, so I called again last weekend and they were able to see my 9lb Maltese mix Ozzy right away due to an opening from a cancellation. It was super packed when I got there, but the groomer (sorry forgot your name) was awesome: calmed Ozzy down, and quoted me about 4 hours til pick up. A bit past 4 hours later, I call to see if he's ready and head over to pick him up. Working in customer service, I know things can get super busy so I was very grateful to them for sqeezing us in. When we got home, my husband noticed a small nick on Ozzy's front right elbow(?). I'm sure the groomers were simply too busy, yet I would've appreciated the heads up about the nick/cut/razor burn. Will likely return if schedules don't line up with our usual groomer, but maybe at a less busy time or specifically asking them to be a bit more careful around his tiny joints. For some reason, I'm unable to post photos, but would happily share them with the business if requested. read more

(Love this place, if I still had a dog this would by far beat bath time in our home bath tub.) I'm new to town and just needed my cats nails trimmed. Super friendly staff, I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes and she did a fantastic job making my cat comfortable. The prices are super affordable compared to the rest of the places in town, open later than expected, and it was walk in so super handy. Bring your animal related business here!! read more

On a roadtrip through Eugene, I stopped to give my pup relief from the heat and a bath. I was so impressed with the care and service. For $11 my little dog got a bath with many shampoo options, as well as access to the grooming station and tools. The owner showed me how to trim my pup's paw fur and ears - Thank You! I have been showing off my pup's paws to everyone, and raving about this amazing business. I highly recommend. read more

I took my great Pyr in for a complete bath and groom and he looks fluffier and whiter than ever! He smells so good too! The staff was very calm with him which is important because most people fear him for his size. My great Pyr can sometimes be weary of strangers and out of fear will get a little mouthy but he did so so well! I'm not sure why some are giving We Suds Em 5 stars, or 1 star for that matter. They must still be in the "honeymoon" phase. I loved how my Shih Tzu Georgie was groomed the first two times I brought her to We Suds Em. That's the reason for the two stars. The last several visits have gotten progressively worse; chopped, uneven cut on her body, jagged snips around her face. Yesterday was the last straw! The cut was so bad that I started laughing uncontrollably. She looked like a cross between a cowboy and a sheltie. Her entire face was shaved except over her mouth, where the hair is so long it looks like a mustache that went terribly wrong a few months before, but was never fixed. I have never seen such a goofy haircut on a dog before. The groomer (very young and obviously inexperienced) blamed the dog for the results! I would think groomers would have a better handle on controlling a dog's behavior, correct? She said that it took TWO of them to hold Georgie down long enough for them to gouge the side and top of her nose and get the results they did. TWO! Can you just imagine how traumatic it would be for a tiny 8 pound dog to be held down like that? It took our dog several hours after her ordeal to get over the trauma. She isolated herself and wouldn't come near me, which is highly unusual. This is it! We're DONE with We Suds Em. If you want a professional haircut for your pet, go someplace else. read more

This place gets an automatic 5 for saving me the hassle of combing fur off my bathroom ceiling after bathing my chocolate lab! The employees are super friendly, they do a great job of explaining the routine to you and the folks I encountered showed a genuine interest in my dog's individual needs and made recommendations on which products and methods would serve us best. They have great dog washing stations and provide all the tools to get the job done (shampoos, creams, rinses, brushes, doggie treats, aprons, towels, blow dryer, etc.). The minimal cost ($11ish) is so worth the convenience and time saved! read more

It's not easy to shave a cat... For those of you have tried, you know it's true. My very furry, fluffy, dirty, matted kitty Colby wasn't looking so good. I had previously had her trimmed/shaved in the summer months and she resembled a lion. A lion that cost me $50. With times being tight, I could afford the $50 hit and my roomie suggested Suds'em Yourself. I admit I was apprehensive. I've passed the place a million times but never thought that I would need them myself. Colby, roomie and I showed up yesterday afternoon and were greeted by Kelsey. She was apprehensive about us shaving Colby too, because cats have paper thin skin. Who knew? She gave us two aprons, showed us to our station and gave us the low down on the shaver. It took some time, but with the help of Kelsey, we were able to shave her in about an hour. I truly appreciated Kelsey and the assistance that she provided. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the tools. My only "complaint" is that near the end of our visit, there were two teenagers that arrived and must have known the owners. They were ringing a bell and bouncing a ball around. I asked them to stop ringing the bell because Colby was already freaking out. They complied but then started bouncing the ball. This is not really a complaint but a request of the manager/owner to ask the young men to realize that the animals are already freaked out and it would be really helpful if they were able to refrain from "being a kid" for the few minutes that they may be there. Again, great service, VERY reasonably priced, clean, helpful. I dig em! read more

It really is as good as it gets for Dog-Washing. I have been a long-time customer of Suds 'Em, and I miss living right in the neighborhood! It was so easy to just walk my dirty dog up to the front door. Ah well, driving him there ain't so bad either. For $12, you can haz all that you need to wash your pooch. Oatmeal sensitive skin soap, check. No more tears face shampoo, check. They also have cotton balls and antiseptic to wipe out ears, and good-smelling conditioner. The bathing tubs are perfect height so that there is no need to bend. I love this! Sure, I may be young and able bodied, but no need to put additional strain on one's back unnecessarily! My dad, who has some mobility issues, was also happy with how easy it was to wash up his dog; another of our house guests this holiday season. The other part I like about bathing here is that there are so many accoutrements for scrubbing, brushing, and combing that get your dog extra clean. Soft rubber bumpy sponges (sorry, I don't have a better description), FURminators, combs...And all of the items are sterilized before their next use. Fantastic. The proprietors are super dog-friendly and hands-on, as are their staff. They will clip your dogs nails for only $2! They have some bones, and OTC dog meds there too, and are always quick to provide your pet a treat, but make them sit and "be nice," first. For someone who has worked really hard to train their dog, this is a nice extra step. read more

Obsessed!!! This is sooo much more simple than trying to give my large German Shepard, Husky, Lab mix a bath at home!! We did bring our own shampoo and conditioner since my fur baby has some skin issues and needs medicated soaps but he loved the face soap and the ear cleaner they offered. The staff was super helpful and sooo so kind. The gentleman even helped ease Fen into the whole process and taught me how things worked. Fen wasn't a fan of the blow dryer at first but we got him worked into letting me dry everything but his tail, belly, and feet! Definitely worth the 14$! And Fen got to "shop" for a treat after his beauty session! The treats were also reasonable priced. Fen picked a rolled rawhide for 2.50$ and is currently in heaven! Definitely recommend!! read more

OK, I've only been here to get my pug's nails trimmed (and to have my knives sharpened at its sister store Ardon's Shaver & Sharpening--right next door!), but I will definitely go back. They had me at, "We know pugs--have one of our own." Anyone who knows what a... special... breed they can be is sure to make the short list when it comes to nail trimming. He was wiggly (my pug), but it was a quick job, done well, and for a great price. I gladly wanted to leave a tip, and they refused--all class. My pug and I will be sure to return! read more

Wonderful way to clean the pooch. Things I love: - No Time Limit - Lots of available training treats - Plenty of Shampoo and Conditioner available that smells wonderful - Very helpful staff - They clean up after you - It's kind of fun to wash your dog with other pet owners facing the same task. - Everything you need in arms reach, scrubbers, furminator, dryers, shampoo, treats, hose, aprons, leads, etc. Only wish list item -My dog's thick hair would benefit from slightly stronger water pressure, it takes forever to get her wet enough to wash and to rinse her. read more

We took our dogs in for their summer haircuts and bath. We had a great experience. Our dogs were happy and came out looking exactly how we requested. The price was reasonable. We will definitely be returning. We have been to the bathing side and have done our dogs haircuts before, but decided to treat them with the whole works. The staff is friendly and patient. If you have any questions or need help they're willing to assist you. The job that they do on their nails is outstanding. My Lhasa has du claws on the front and back of his paws, that can be tricky to deal with, so having a person who is well trained and knowledgeable is comforting. I also like the fact that you can purchase dog food, treats, grooming supplies, and flea meds all in one place. The location is great and easy to get to. There is plenty of parking spaces as well. read more

This place is always wonderful, safe, clean place for people and their furry loved ones. I took my mom's very old dog here to give him a bath and the experience was really easy and pleasant! The woman who helped us was really nice and accommodating, especially since we had a very old dog with us. She got us a ramp so he didn't have to go up the stairs which was really great. She showed us the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, towels and treats. They have a plastic chain that goes around their neck and hooks to the tub so they can't jump out. The have a hand held spray nozzle so you can wash your dog easily and I appreciated that plastic aprons they gave us so we didn't get wet. The bath was only $13 but they go by weight so the smaller the dog, the cheaper it will be. They have an easily accessible parking lot and are very close to downtown. We will definitely be back! read more

I love this place, awesome staff, and really price, I took my dog here almost every week

Great place to wash your dog or get them a nail trim. Super friendly and helpful staff!

i love this place. i cant say enough good things about them. i could bathe them at home, but it is so nice to just go there and have all the stuff readily available. the nail trimming is a god-send and quite frankly, i can't handle doing the anal-gland expression myself. i did it once and it geysered out of my boy, so now i leave it to the pros. they handle my big guys like champs, and the staff/owners are absolutely wonderful. thanks guys! oh,...and i will be stopping in with some monsters for their "spa day" later! read more

The staff are very friendly but the place is very crowded and the tubs are not spaced very far apart at all. We went in because our dog got some poop on her fur when she was out walking and we were near suds em . We didn't use shampoo or towels. We just rinsed her with the hose. I prefer the laundromut on river road but in a jam this isn't a bad place. They didn't charge me for just rinsing my dog off which was nice. Their prices for baths seem comparable. read more

Muddy dog park? No problem! Use their soap, tub, water, blow dryer. Friendly staff greet you, explain the different soaps, and leave you to it. Treats Next to all the tubs for good boys and girls cost me 11$ plus the 2$ treat I always get my girl when we leave. Quit clogging the drain at home! And wash your pups here. Suds Em Yourself - She may have been...... a little dirty. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

To be completely honest I was yelping places to get my dogs nails trimmed when I came across Suds'em yourself. I have family in town and my pup really needed a nail trim because I did not want him jumping and scratching them. So I was originally going to just come in for a nail trim but saw it was cheaper if you combined it with a bath and figured he needed a bath anyways, so I came on in! When I walked in I was greeted by a really friendly guy who I told that I had never been to a place like this before and I wasn't sure what to do. He walked me in and showed me all the different brushes, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and how to use the bath & hair dryer. It is not easy to shampoo my 80 lb dog at home as he always tries to jump out, but it was sooo easy to do at this place. He was calm and I love the tall bathtubs so I didn't have to bend over as much. I will say that the products they have are great too, my dog has never been sooo soft! The place was clean & the staff was all sooo friendly. I had a great experience and for $17 total for a nail trim and an easy-to-give bath I will definitely be back. Oh, plus, they gave us a handful of treats for the car and a really cute bone + bully stick wrapped in a bow for the holidays! read more

We took our 1 1/2 yr old boxer here today for a bath. It was so much better than I could have imagined! The staff was awesome! Super friendly and helpful and the place was clean. When we first arrived a large dog was heading out. He was very excited and barking at our dog, who was very nervous. One of the staff helped us to quickly get moved on from the large dog. I thought it was so kind of him to see we were uncomfortable and quickly help us. They have everything you could possibly need to bathe your dog. Different kinds of shampoo for whatever your dog needs. Tubs for big dogs and tubs for little dogs. They have thought of it all!
