Nice wash area! Very welcoming and walked right in. They include shampoo and conditioner( a bit watered down though). You are able to adjust the water temperature easily. Towels and blow dryer available. Price was affordable $18 for our 90lb dog. read more

Lovely place! First time taking my dog to a self service wash center. It was awesome since it is winter and too cold to wash my dog outside like we normally do. We found out about the place through Groupon and ventured to River road area to try it out. The employee who greeted us was friendly and helpful. She informed us of the types of soaps available, showed us how the equipment worked and supplied us with aprons to wear. The tub is easy to contain your pet and you can adjust the water temp. I love the large "hair dryer" we could use. And the employee helped us to click his nails. We got some cute and yummy treats from their front desk to reward our dog for enduring a bath. Their menu shows promos throughout the week. I plan to come back during their happy hour times for a discount! read more

This place was incredible!! We walked in and Levi, who was working was very helpful! We have two dogs and decided to put them in the same tub, but you can choose to do two separate baths! They have shampoo (good shampoo) there ready for you, a blow dryer, towels, all the works! They can also clip toe nails (they do that but you help hold your dog). We got a deal on Groupon for this time, but they also have other deals throughout the week that are really good! Overall, it is super cheap for what it is and is better than doing it crouching down in our bath tub at home like we normally do! Maria, my black lab, normally HATES baths, but as you can see she was smiling at the end. So yay! I'd say it was a win! We will 100% be back! read more

Basically said she would not do a good job and couldn't do it, even though I was told you all could. Horrible customer service. I got my cat the lions cut. He was full of dreads and summer is coming up. Not only did Gladis do a FANTASTIC perfect cut, but she is truly a kitty magician. My cat now loves his arms and paws being stroked where before he would pull away. Every cat is different, but my cat was found as a kitten behind a barn so it could have gone one of two ways. She takes 3-4 hours to gain trust and does it early where no dogs are in the front of the building to ensure the cat is as comfortable as possible. She doesn't use any sedation or muzzles. She gives the cats rest and does not push them past what they can handle. She will do what the cat allows and charge accordingly. I was SOO freaking impressed I had to leave a review. I hear not many people will shave cats and I guarantee they won't do it as good as her while maintaining a gentle touch. His fade is on POINT. Thank you! read more

I got a Groupon coupon for a self-wash and nail trim. The place doesn't look like much from the outside; in fact I left my dog in the car and went in to check it out first for cleanliness and such. My confidence was restored. It was clean, well set up, and I was greeted by a very friendly employee (I believe her name was Madison). My dog fell in love with her instantly and was very persistent in giving her kisses and trying to clean her ears. She took all that in stride with a great sense of humor. She obviously loves dogs! She did a great job on his nails and used the Dremmel to smooth them to a perfect finish. They had a good variety of shampoos and other products available for use. Overall it was the best experience I've ever had washing my dog or getting his nails trimmed. Thank you Laundromutt! read more

Took our dog there and it was nice, got the pup all clean and smelling good. We had the lady that does the nail trimming trim her nails, she already cut another dogs nails too far up and he was screaming bloody murder. The lady then proceeded to cut our dogs nails because we didn't understand that she wasn't cutting the other dogs nails wrong. After she cut our dogs nails way too short and drew blood she then said that our dog wasn't holding her paw still, well no kidding I'm sure all dogs don't like to have theirr nails cut, we had a few not so nice words exchanged unfortunately. I would take my dog to clean her there again, but definitely not to get her nails clipped, this is unfortunate as hell for the lady working there, but I truly believe that she shouldn't at all. read more

If I could give less stars I would. This lady dog groomer CLIPPED MY PUPPYS TEETH!!!! She doesnt eat, play or teeth the same! she's only several months old and this woman has ruined my perfect puppy. I think she had mishaps when shaving her feet as well I found super glue in between her paws! Nail cutting was too short on certain nails.. I simply asked for a hair cut and that turned out completely wrong too. I have been beating myself up bad and spent many days in therapy for taking her anywhere and I will never go back to a groomers again! Sad.. read more

I brought my dogs in last Monday for their second visit. The establishment is spotless and the tubs and equipment are great. I liked the dog shampoo as well since it was natural and Sadie got her nails trimmed. Looking forward to the gourmet doggie treats. A good neighborhood business. I know there have been quite a feel good comments about the nail trimming service that is available in home. My kids like getting out so not something I need but it's good to know it's available. read more
