I've been taking my cat here for a little over a year now and I have NEVER been disappointed. My cat has always come home relaxed, purring, and perfectly content which shows me they make sure she is comfortable during her entire stay. She comes home with the perfect clipping, well trimmed nails, and always smelling so fresh with the cutest bow on her collar. I have referenced this grooming salon to many of my friends, and will continue to do so. They do the best work I've seen!! read more

Cheryl was our groomer for six years when our longer haired older lab mix Levi was alive. When he passed away from inoperable cancer we were devasted. Eventually we got a 4 month old short haired puppy named Axel. Axel came to us with a disease - geogdia. I never spell it right. It gave him chronic runs and was very contagious. It took months of drugs and treatments to get rid of it. When he was finally cured another tragedy happened. My beloved husband Jimmy passed away from a heart attack in his sleep. I have repeatedly tried to contact Cheryl to bring Axel in for grooming and she doesn't even have the courtesy to respond. read more

We have been taking our pup here for a while, and she has always received a great groom! The prices are completely reasonable, and definitely some of the best I found when calling around town. We are usually able to get in pretty quickly (same week) when I call, and they write down the details of the groom so that we always get consistent results! The only issue we have had is occasionally being rescheduled on at the last minute a couple of times. It is a small business, so this is bound to happen, and they have been accommodating to get us back in quickly. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I just had a horrific encounter. I was calling around trying to find a trustworthy groomer... I was asking the woman questions when she put me on hold to cash out another client. She then FORGOT she had put me on hold, and must not have realized she was on speaker and I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING!! She was cursing and yelling at a (dog?) To f*cking hold still and repeatedly yelled "STOP!!" "Let me brush you so you can leave" I am in shock. Thank God I did not trust this woman to care for my Girl!!!! read more

This place was amazing it was a spa day for my doggie. They did a fantastic job. She is long hair 1/2 Pekingese 1/2 Australian Sheppard and had a few mats under her arms. She even came back with a bow in her hair and a bandanna. Very happy I found this place. I will be back read more

I highly recommend this place to take dogs and cats to for grooming needs. I took my roommate's mini aussie here for grooming they always do such a great job. If you don't wish to pay for a groomer, you can always use their facilities to bathe and groom your dog yourself as the place has two separate areas for DIY grooming and then Piper and her crew.

Her nails were clipped properly and even sanded down, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were honestly impressed. But about a week later, she started having issues with her ears. We took her to the vet and found out she had a double ear infection. It was especially strange because she is never in water, so it didn't immediately cross our minds that it could be related to grooming. We paid the bill and moved on. About 6 weeks later, we decided to give them another try. Same great first impression, she looked and smelled amazing, nails done perfectly again, but then the same thing happened. Within about a week, her ears were bothering her again, and she ended up with another double ear infection. At that point, it no longer felt like a coincidence. I'm really disappointed because there are things they do well, but I'm concerned that proper precautions may not be taken to protect dogs' ears during grooming, especially around water. This resulted in two infections, two vet visits, and unnecessary discomfort for our dog. I truly wanted to love this place, but this was our experience. Sharing so other pet owners can be aware.

BACKGROUND: I wanted a routine dental cleaning for my little girl. I was fine with the possibility of dental extractions, as my angel is a little bit older, and I know eventually it is inevitable. I have taken each of my cats into a vet - NOT THIS CLINIC (I moved from out of state) - in the past, and felt comfortable with the procedure. What I did not know is that, unlike other clinics I have have had great dental cleaning experiences in the past, the owner/ manager of this clinic DOES NOT KNOW and REFUSES or is incapable of understanding her business' "Dental Plan" financial structure. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU as a client: (1) You will be gaslit into accepting random pricing without justification. There was even an attempt to convince me that I should be happy they clipped my cat's nails for free while under anesthesia, versus the $50 they normally charge (that was the only itemized charge they disclosed to me). Ironically, during the previous visit, the veterinarian had commented that I "did a good job" clipping her nails. And nail clipping at ANY other vet has never surpassed $12. (2) You will not be able to submit a full insurance claim (ALL insurance companies require an itemized list of the pricing associated with the services provided). It would be like grocery shopping, seeing a total bill of $900, and never being able to verify WHY that total is what it is. ADDITIONALLY: The client to staff communication is horrible. Horrendous. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. I have been told 3 different things (price-wise, procedure-wise, practice-wise) on the same day that have nothing to do with an adjustment of a quote. poorly managed organization. Ultimately, I am not complaining about price (I can't refute it - the manager can't even explain her pricing), but LACK of QUALITY OF SERVICE. Virtually EVERY single visit was an "OOPS!" FINAL NOTES: I am happily with a new clinic, which I transferred to the day after my sweetie's appointment with this absolute mess of a clinic.
