This place is so cute! Such a great place to take my dog. The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime I walk in there I am greated and asked what my pup needs are. They offer everything groomers onsite and tubs to wash my pup if I choose to. But first the dog treadmills for the dogs are so cool! They offer memberships too. After my pup has a spa day she gets to shop for a toy and there are so many to pick from and don't get me started on the selection of treats!! Thank you so much for being in Springfield!! read more

Clippers are dull and get so hot even with oiling my dog has burns on his side. I couldnt finish him he was crying. I'm a hair dressser I know how to use clippers and know how they should be maintained, this is not it! The owner only gave me a $2 discount. shampoos and conditioners are WAY diluted! All except one pair of scissors was dull and nail clippers just bent when I tried to use them. didn't get to clip nails at all. This is a dog that's used to grooming, not a cry baby. We have brought our husky and malamute here to wash several times now and have always had a great experience! They provide a large towel, a wash cloth, scrub brushes, ear cleaner, regular shampoo, flea shampoo, and tear free shampoo as well. They also have blowers and I believe they offer nail trims and other services for an additional cost but we haven't used those services. The employees/owners are always helpful and welcoming! read more

My favorite self-dog wash for sure. The owner is nice and while she hovers, it doesn't feel unwelcoming or awkward like other places. She has treats ready for the dogs before and after their baths. I appreciate the punch card and the cheap prices. Her shampoos lineup changes but they all seem good and all scents for colognes are always available! The only thing is I wish she had cuter bandanas for sale. Suds em yourself has that over this place for sure. read more

You take your dogs in. The dogs can walk into the bathtubs, lady comes by with a short lead to clip them in, tells you about the four bottles of shampoo she has available. You wash the dog. This place is seriously awesome! Family run and very nice people with great service -- employees that actually care about you, and your dog. Prices are very reasonable here and they have a great selection of supplies. Have about 4 wash tubs with stairs and places to leash them up if need be. Very reasonable pricing and a good facility. For your bath price you get the use of the giant tub which is set up high for less bending and back pain, use of all the soap you need( I was even told "we buy it concentrated- don't be afraid to use as much as you want/need, sometimes you'll go through the whole bottle and that's ok!"), ear wash, and use of the dryer if you like(for my little dog this is a must). It is also quite reasonably priced to use their grooming table to give them a haircut. My only wish was that the grooming table sat just a little bit higher for less bending over and back discomfort, but I have to say it beats the heck out of my kitchen floor where I was doing it prior to coming here!! Also the lady working when I was there on a weekday afternoon(a good time by the way, not too crowded) was super nice and helpful. read more

Dropped in today for my first visit after a particularly muddy trip to the dog park. They have 6 tubs that are elevated so you don't kill your back. Everything you need is available from shampoo and towels to combs and a dryer. So nice to give the puppy a warm bath instead of cold hose down in the winter. And she smells good. Great price to avoid the mess at my house. Nice people too! read more

I've been taking my dog here for over a year. We drive 1/2 an hour just to get here, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The facility makes washing my dog so easy, and I love the ever changing selection of soaps. Even though my dog hates bathing so much he won't even enter the bathroom at home, here he doesn't mind much at all. read more

I took our year old Great Dane, who was a bit of a handful, and couldnt have been happier with how accommodating the owner (nice woman) was. She helped me with getting him up the stairs into the tub by supplying treats (I know to bring a whole bunch next time) that distracted our huge not-so-sure-about-this puppy. She provided an apron, shampoo, conditioner, towel, wash cloth, ear wash & cotton balls, was super friendly, didnt rush me at all, and was totally cool with the big wet mess I left. I started a punch card and I will definitely be back any time the big boy needs a bath! Highly recommend! Tip: Little bit hard to find as it in the end unit of a storage unit type of building. I pulled in the parking lot off Olympic St, saw the address numbers so knew I was in the right place, but had to weave around the back to find Unit 1. Much easier to come in from 28th (its at the corner of Olympic & 28th). read more
