Meagan promptly educated me about "filtration lines" when I complained about the black lines at the edges of my new rentals' carpet, and explained what could & couldn't be removed. Within hours she had a fabulous fellow out at the property sanitizing and steaming the carpet, found me a coupon, encouraged me along the way, and stayed in touch in all the ways I requested. Meagan and Aaron at Suck It Up! were fantastic to work with. We had them come out to clean the carpet in our basement that had many pet stains and smells. All of the visible stains came out, but we noticed a few days later that the smell was still there in a couple of heavily soiled areas. They came back and treated the areas again, free of charge. Their scheduling system is great, and their text message alerts are very helpful. They were actually ahead of schedule both times, got the work done quickly, and were very respectful and careful with our home and belongings. I had a puppy visit for 10 days....boy did I need a carpet cleaning!!! They were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time, precleaned the areas that needed special attention, then cleaned 3 large rooms and a hallway. The things I couldn't move out of the rooms, they moved for me at no extra charge. When they were done, the carpets looked fantastic. Extra time was given to the traffic pattern, as well as the pet spots. When they were done, my carpeting looked outstanding. They did a great job cleaning our carpets! The equipment they use is top notch and gets the job done faster with amazing results leaving our 15 year old carpets looking nearly brand new again. We moved out of our house and wanted to have the cream colored carpets cleaned for the new owners, especially after the moving company did a number on our stairs and areas where floor protectors didn't do a good staying in place. Great work and great service. When I had a bad spill on my carpet, I left messages with several carpet cleaning services. Suck it Up was the first to call me back. They gave me a quote over the phone, we made an appointment, the appointment was confirmed via text and email, reminders were sent the following day, and I received a text when the crew was on the way. The guys did a great job on the agreed price and emailed me a receipt when done. They even threw in a bottle of spot cleaner. Couldn't recommend them more highly. read more

I have used suck it up cleaning twice now, and what can I say, they are amazing! First time I had my entire house carpet cleaned with a rug, they got out all the stains, and were timely and courteous. Second time I hired them to clean my mom's place and the tile. They cleaned the carpet as expected and made it spot less. The kitchen tile they cleaned was filthy with years of grout build up, they cleaned it and it looks like the day it was put in!! Meagan was super fast at replying to my questions which I really appreciated as we were trying to arrange a carpet, rug and dryer vent cleaning in our new home. When I arrived to inspect the carpets I noticed the rooms that were cleaned only had a light fresh scent. They did not have a chemical smell in the least which we really appreciate with two toddlers. Just spoke with such a helpful woman on the phone as I was requesting a quote for area rug cleaning. Instead of trying to sell me a service, she gave me a recipe for de-odorizing for a pet stain that I could try first. It is not common to find people who simply want to help. I highly recommend Suck It Up! They were on time and very professional. They have a system now where you get notified when your appointment is and they let you know they are on their way. Do yourself a favor, if you need carpets and upholstery cleaned, call these folks. From start to finish, they did a superb job. Very personal service.
