They were not very reachable by phone but excellent communication by email which worked for me. They are busy so it took a while to get a quote. George the installer and Steve the owner were very nice to communicate with, were happy to wear masks, and were very professional. They took care with a tricky layout, had to build up the substrate to match the level of the floor. They used quality materials and craftsmanship.

They came right out and gave us an estimate to rewire our whole house due to our house having aluminum wiring that showed signs of burning, scorching, etc They began the next day and Hayden and Elijah came out and began the work. John, the owner called me to see how the work was going and if I had any issues. There were none because all of them were outstanding to deal with.
