Had to have them out twice to fix my bathroom sink and then used them to replace large drain pipe in basement to septic tank and they left a mess and when I tried to watch and asked what they were doing they would not allow it. Also, paid them and they came back and said the BANK messed up the check and just expected me to write a new large check because he is a small business and can't pay his bills, I told him to have the bank fix the problems and to leave my residence which he would not until I called the police. read more

We kept having an awful sewer stench when running water into any of our sink drains. They came out, when on the roof and snaked about 50 ft to break up the offending clog. So much better, until we ran the washing machine, smelly odor again only from the laundry room! We called and my husband spoke to someone there who suggested maybe the localized smell was from the washing machine or its hoses, etc (the washer is 20 years old!) and gave us helpful advice to check it out. He also said they would come back if we wanted. Well. we took his advice and we are so happy to say we are now odor free. They fixed my sewer line late last fall and I have no problems now. And this spring they came to fix the sidewalk that was taken out when new sewer line was installed. They did an excellent job!!!! It was perfect even fixed the lawn and added grass seed. They were on-time and answers all my questions about care for lawn and new sidewalk. Had bathroom sink snaked, and a month later it is clogged again. The guy that did it was in and out in less than a half hour, so not a very good job. I will just use liquid plumber again. read more

Waited at my house for 2 1/2 hours after taking vacation day to meet them and they were a no show!! Called them 4 or 5 times at the end of the window I was given and no answer...just recording that they were assisting a valued customer. Never got a callback and left two messages to call me. still no returned call 24 hours later. I guess my job in Pontiac was not important and I am not a valued customer even though I have used them several times before. Don't think I will be calling them back in the future!! read more
