I have been using Airman heat and air to replace and install water heater, furnace, air scrubbers, kitchen exhaust, whole house dehumidifier and stove gas line in the last 5 years. Just 2 weeks ago they have replaced a really noisy 22 year old air conditioning. They are a pleasure to do business with. Sergey who is the owner and does installations was my main point of contact is always there when I call and takes care of my requests as needed. The installers always do a great job extremely careful to protect the surrounding areas. What is incredible is that this small company actually stand behind its work. My new air conditioning unit started to make a vibrating noise. Sergei came back the following week to address the issue and even put a noise blanket to reduce the noise which was above my expectations. Now we can really enjoy our back yard. I am not a big customer but they made me feel like I am. This is a business you want to work with!!

My address doesn't bother me as much, anyone can find that these days but the kids I get. I appreciate all of the messages with your concerns for them this community has truly been pulled together for this post Owner is now driving by our home stalking and harassing us! I hate to blast this but I feel it's only right considering the amount of money spent on this plumber for him to act like this. I highly don't recommend Trent's plumbing. We had to have our entire home gutted and re plumbed. Costing over $8500. Moral of the story Trent was called back to make a repair. He scheduled me Monday with a time from of 3-6pm. No call no show. I reached out, I get a reply around 7:30. Health issues okay, completely understand no big deal take care of yourself call me the next day (as he said he would that night) (to me it was not that big of a rush) okay.. never called me! So I sent a text. Scheduled me again. Again NO call NO show. This time hours go by before I hear anything, so at this point I'm a little skeptical as anyone would be? So I send a text asking should I hire someone else? Because if he is having health issues. I simple communicate or update text would have been awesome! I'd have totally understood. Well I get a reply. So I sent text out to one of the other workers that works for him Paul asking if he an update for me, just because I'd like to know what the plan is, 2 no shows, at this point what's going on? Is someone coming, is something wrong? Are you busy? Just speak up. We're all human. Anyways Paul shows up. Fixes the next day. After Trent continues to ignore me after my last message to him. After Paul leaves Trent calls me from a random number and is now unprofessionally blowing up my phone. He sure has alot of communication now but he didn't have any when it was time to come back. I feel as if I'm dealing with a teenager and not an adult. This owner is very immature if I can save anyone the headache go elsewhere. Super unprofessional. I hope Paul makes a successful career out of himself for knowing how to be mature one day. thank you for the apology, we're all human. I can't say enough good things about Alex and his crew…read more I called XPower in order to get a quote for installation of several picture lights, a floor outlet, two dining room wall sconces, and a new chandelier. Alex promptly got back to me with a very reasonable quote, and I was happy to learn they have weekend availability. As a professional working in healthcare, I hate to take time off on short notice, as it requires me to have 25-30 patients rescheduled last minute, which is unfair to both my office manager and my patients. Fortunately, XPower is flexible in their availability, which I greatly appreciated. They showed up between 9:00 and 9:30 AM on Saturday as promised; I did not have to wait around for hours for them like I've had to for other contractors. They promptly got to planning how to rout the wiring as I'd requested and got to work. They kept me abreast of their progress while I worked in my yard, and even though they hit multiple snags (to be expected in a 1930s home like ours), they managed to creatively strategize ways to get the work done exactly as I'd asked. Under normal circumstances, I'd expect to simply be told the work cannot be done as I'd like and to be offered some sort of half-baked alternative or worse -- to be told that the contractor is going to back out of the job because of the difficulty. Not these guys. These guys are the essence of "Where there's a will, there's a way." The crew was even happy to add on some last minute work I'd requested, as I had accidentally struck something in my wall the day before when I was installing some wall anchors to hang some paintings and unexpectedly set off a shower of sparks. Turns out I somehow managed to penetrate a live electrical box one of the previous owners had sealed over after they had removed some sconces from the wall. That was a lifesaver. I can't say enough good things about this crew. They're accountable, they clearly care about the work they do, and they'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. Any time I have any electrical work that needs to be done in the future, I will only be calling XPower, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. I am already planning on having them back to install some more picture lights as well as a recessed media box and recessed outlet for my Samsung Frame TV and soundbar. I'm even considering getting a quote to buy my parents a whole-home generator for their house as a gift, as their power goes out frequently and unexpectedly. Highly recommended, can't say enough good things about this team.
