the employes were fine. the service was great. the sandwich i get is a italian herbs and cheese as the bread , the meat is bacon , the cheese is provolone (toasted) the veggies is pickles , the sauce is mayo , and i get sour cream and cheese ruffles baked. here is how i describe it. the bread provides a wonderful cheesy blanket for the insides. the bacon has a savory flavor that everybody will love. the cheese is wonderful making sure the bacon is not to overpowering. the pickles add a juicy ness that you need. the mayo is just mayo aka amazing. i put the chips on the sandwich with provides a crunch that the sandwich needs. i would recommend to anymody. read more

If there was another person, they never showed their face in the time that I was there, and it was quite some time... I was third in line, and the people in front of me ordered seven sandwiches! I'm giving this place three stars, because the guy that was working was great. He deserves all three. He had a rhythm. He wasn't freaked out by the line. He was nice, and even though he was busy, he made you feel like you were important. He didn't rush you. He was helpful, and he was the only redemption for this place. I ordered two sandwiches and two drinks this evening through subways main website and picked this location for it being the closest to us. A half hour went by and I tried to call the first time and no one answered, figured they may be busy. Waited a few more minutes, called again and no answer. Called a third time and a boy answered. I was checking the status of my order, since i had no email or text stating my food was ready or if it was even on its way.. He was very rude, disrespectful and he told me that he is only a minimum wage worker and they dont deliver here. I asked him to check his orders and look for mine to see if its even been made. He said yes it has but i am not going to leave my work just to deliver to you because we don't deliver. He said that if I didn't want to come down there and pick up my sandwiches myself I can talk with his manager because I was irritating him. Wow, Subway! I don't know what it is about this place, but I really like their subs. I know it isn't the best of quality, but when you are in a hurry and in West Linn your choices are Jack in the Box (I'd rather starve), McDonalds (again, I'd rather starve), or Subway where there are at least 7 subs for $5 (and they are not deep-fried). I try not to eat fast food at all, but I get cravings for Subway and the W. Linn location is usually the one I visit. The employees are nice and fast, many times I have ventured into this joint with a line extending past the door, and they still manage to get my order in under ten minutes; very efficient staff. What I like about Subway is all of the veggies you can add to your meal, very few places offer spinach instead of lettuce, also they have jalapenos and shredded carrots which I love on a sandwich. I have always liked subway. However, my experience at the Subway in West Linn on Blankenship Rd was the worst! One person working behind the counter. She had a sour face and her manner with customers was terrible. I thought it unsanitary when she put the meat on the sandwich as she laid a large stack next to it and only used some of the meat and the extra was tossed back in with the rest. She didn't listen to what I wanted for veggies and then acted annoyed when I told her I wanted more of a particular veggie. When she put a veggie on that I didn't want, she took it off and threw it back in with other vegetables, gross! Then when she cut my sandwich, she used a dirty knife that had BBQ sauce on it and it got all over my sandwich. I didn't want BBQ sauce.
