What's up: Stopping at this McDonald's for a quick break during our road trip. I saw that they also had the Strawberry and crème pie available so I had to grab one of those to try. Parking: Parking is decent and easy to find. Environment: We placed a mobile order ahead of time. So by the time we arrived and used the facilities, we were hoping our order would be ready...nope! Order kiosks are located near the front and the order counter. Restrooms and the dining area are located towards the back, on the right of the order counter. What was ordered: - Strawberry and crème pie (sweet) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Overall, the pie was decent, although I think I still prefer the original apple pie. I don't often eat fast food, but felt I really should provide a good review for the West Linn old town location. My experience is via drive through service and everyone is always on-point and friendly. The food...oh myyyy. I ordered the double quarter pounder with fries and it was the best I ever had!! The meat was seasoned and just a perfect, yummy burger. I don't know who they have back there cooking, but bravo!! Who would have thought a burger from fast food could taste so good?! Wow! Just when you see the long line building up at the drive-thru you may think ah shucks this will take forever. I'm starving. Don't be fooled though. The lines go by pretty fast. Their fries are freaking fire, crisp, hot and fresh and also the nuggets. My sister who lives nearby vouched this place is mighty fresh and is a regular customer. The Service is great. There is one guy who's been working there for a while. He's an older gentleman and looks a little disheveled; however, I believe he is every bit of what makes this location good. He takes pride in his job and goes the extra mile. Everything he serves is great. It seems like he is really about service, which goes a long way in this day and age. We would give it zero stars if that was an option. This is not our first order that has been messed up. Ordered a happy meal in the drive-through for the grandkids. Says ranch on the happy meal four piece chicken nugget receipt but did we get any? You guessed right we did not. Also don't you think napkins would be a nice touch for a happy meal for a child? You guessed right again nope. Let's talk about other visits that I've been in to witness. If you get a refill on your coffee you will notice that your used coffee cup will be stirred with the community spoon and then put back into the water bucket. Sure hope there's bleach in there because that's gross. And then if there is bleach in there... to put it right in your drink... that's not much better. Health alert.! I love McDs smoothies. I have gone to this location several times and they don't fill the cup. Tried to tell me they're only supposed to fill it to the ice line witch is inches from the top of cup. The ice line is for iced coffee duh! Other locations fill it to top of cup and charge less than this location. I pay $3.78 for a lrg and I expect it to be full not 3/4 full. read more

I went to this location yesterday. Advertised on there big TV screen menu board was 2 filet of fish for 5 dollars. Person up front said that they no longer offer that special. This special was taken up a 1/4 of a screen. When you are advertising something you should honor the price. If you no longer going offer it you should delete it. If you can't get the screen reprogrammed just put a piece if paper blocking the offer. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's. The people that work there are so rude. My friend and I went the other night around 11:30pm and we pulled up to the drive thru and we said "hello" and the lady took a few seconds to answer and she then said "well excuse me you don't need to yell in my ear!" And my friend then proceeded and the lady still gave us attitude. Then we were told we were getting fresh fries and the lady who was rude gave us old cold fries. This is one of the many times they have been rude and they have also messed up our orders so many times and continuously have been rude. I get it, I've worked in fast food, it's not fun but there is no reason to be rude and cranky all the time. Also I'm pretty sure the rude lady who is always there is one of the manager. This is terrible! I sat in my car waiting for an iced tea for over 10 minutes. They had me pull forward and had some other cars after me do the same. I watched as people happily drove away with their food while I sat in my car in dismay. An employee passed my car without any acknowledgment, not letting me know anything about my order. Never ever has this happened to me. I just went through the drive through for breakfast. The wait was long for only two cars. I get to the window to get my food and the MANAGER was handing my food, dropped it on the pavement, and said the bag is still closed, it ok. I asked for a new bag at least, she complied, I look inside and the order wasn't completed so I waited for her to fix it and the food was cold. I don't ask for a lot, just the basics. It's far too close to our house and entirely too convenient, so we end up there way too often. I can honestly say that 8 out of 10 visits, our order is wrong in some way. We had kind of a weird and not so great experience tonight at our newly remodeled McDonalds. When we pulled up to the second window for food, we witnessed a young woman exclaiming, "this woman is a real dumbass!" Followed by another comment of "ok, ok, order already"... assuming her microphone wasn't active but it was still super unprofessional even for McDonalds. I rarely write reviews for fast food, because it's fast food... you get what you pay for. I'm writing this review for the service. I placed my order at the drive-thru and paid at the first window. There was a minivan ahead of me full of dogs. The drive thru lady, a young blonde girl, leaned out the window and was playing with the dogs, letting them lick her face and petting them. Which is fine. She likes dogs. But it lasted for about five minutes. She then went back inside the window and started feeding the dogs bacon. Fine, that's nice. But then they got to talking for 5 more minutes. The lady already had her order. She was just chatting. When my turn finally came I pulled up to the window. The window was open but I was ignored. The lady never washed her hands from playing with the dogs and was working on a drink machine. Finally a guy came with my food and said "Dude, is this your order?" I took my food and said thank you, and then waited for another 3-4 minutes for the lady to give me my drink. A month ago two guys were hanging out the drive thru talking with a customer who must have been a high school friend. I waited 15 minutes for the reunion to get over.
