Mmmm mmmm good! Definitely a step above Subway with way better quality meats/condiments and their bread is yummy. The peeps that work here have lightning fast sandwich making skills. By the time you are done ordering and paying at the register your sandwich is done at the other end. Wow! They deliver too! We have ordered Jimmy John's at work and for work meetings many times. It isn't slow paced delivery either. I was beginning to think they had sandwich making stations in their cars because when we order it shows up like five minutes later. Crazy Fast! The sandwiches have catchy names such as Italian Night Club, which is my favorite. Mayo, Italian dressing, onions, tomato, Genoa salami, Italian capitols, smoked ham and provolone on a sub roll. Oh yeah! Super fattening but worth it once in awhile. 2015-67

    $8.00?!

$8.00 for a baby sandwich that was very plain. Tons of lettuce, who actually pays for this stuff knowing what you get going in. I was in a hurry and wanted a sandwich, they were close and I figured you can't go wrong with a sandwich. Well you can if you go to Jimmy John's, $8.40 for a sandwich with almost no meat and a heap of lettuce.

    Viento

I think I'll pass from now on. Not worth the money. Where's the meat? Viento? Barely any ingredients. I feel like I'm just eating bread

    They have awesome signs.

I actually like this location more than the one by 185th. The food is actually quite good and consistent, but this one feels more like a restaurant and less like a manufacturing line. I am much more comfortable chilling and eating slowly at this one whereas I always feel like I am taking up limited table space there. As to the food. It's all good. Don't forget to order spicy peppers and wheat bread if you prefer.

Don't deliver. Incorrect advertising. No longer fast delivery. Tryout two locations with same results. Fraudulent!

Let me start by saying I didn't take pictures. For anyone who reads my reviews, that's a big part…read moreof them: ALL THE PICTURES. Presentation, portions, half eaten, etc... but I didn't. Because the food was so damn good. Look - I'm going to start off by saying I grew up practically on The Hill. Out here, you'll have to Google it (make sure to add 'RI' to the search or you'll get some political BS), but back east, "alls you's have ta say" was those two words and anyone would know you knew your Italian, food and otherwise. There isn't anything on this coast that vaguely compares to The Hill's food, but walking into and biting out of Geraldi's was having a little piece of home. There's this little shop in the old town where the owner knew your voice when you called to order... you'd walk in, and you heard "hey cousin!" whether you were or not, and that's the vibe you get from Geraldi's. The food is much the same - you get something that looks like Nonna was at the range all day with her sauce (it's not gravy - no meat) and you came home looking like you haven't eaten in weeks: "I'm gonna fatten you up before you leave" and you walked out the door with a sub (sandwich, that is - not a submarine) that weighed the same as a newborn. We got three of those babies: a Chicago Beef (seal of approval from the orderer - only 'complaint' was that they had to eat it all in one day because the bread was quote too soggy to make it to lunch the next day - travesty), an Italian sausage (just as delicious when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and a Chicken Parmeroni (I thought somehow even better when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and I could have absolutely gone back the next day if it weren't for A. the leftovers 2/3 of us had and B. the meal planning we'd done for the week. I also grabbed a side of giardiniera because I will get it anytime I see it available and I inhaled it - I need to know if I can by it by the vat instead of the side cups because it too was similar to what I can find at home (about practically nowhere out here) and amazing!! I'm still upset I didn't take pictures though!

Very relaxing (but, it was 2 bees that swear we had honey on us a little annoying but, it didn't stop us from enjoying our food and the outdoors). It's plenty of parking and seating. Thousands of options here in one gigantic marketplace, and something for everyone! The marketplace itself is quite dated. Yet it is eclectic and quirky. It is welcoming and irrefutably very memorable. There is a dedicated area to serve beer on tap with a list of about 12 options and then there is a restaurant with a limited menu. Mostly things like burgers, sandwiches, and other common pub fair. There are vegetarian options available. When your order is ready, they use an overhead mic that is resemblance of something that you would hear over the loudspeaker at an 80s rollerskating rink. On site, there are bathrooms and areas for seating that include bar tops, high tops, and even a couple of comfy couches. There is an outdoor patio that is very inviting during the warmer months of the year. Ultimately, this is an incredibly impressive presentation of beverages. Perhaps even something that some people would consider a museum of sorts. Either way, there is definitely choices for everyone, and this is an establishment that can't be missed. Yes, you can visit the other location on Powell, but nothing will ever match up to the original location here in Multnomah village. An experience, a chance to shop and stockpile some beer, but truly a showcase of excellence in beer culture in the heart of our city.

The person came back and said, YES we have them. They are fresh out of the oven!!! OMG From sadness, to hope, to surprise happiness. But then we tasted one in the car.
