Came here with my kids for lunch during spring break. My kids love that they can see the pizza being made. I appreciate that the people working were very nice and patient with my kids. The food itself is what you would expect for fast casual pizza. It was better than frozen pizza but nothing to rave about. We love this MOD pizza location! It's our favorite for a quick easy meal! The parking lot is spacious, the space is large and clean (although the AC blasts quite hard both in the summer and winter so I'd recommend bringing a jacket). It was super busy on Saturday night and they were short staffed but the staff were still friendly. Garab was so patient with all the toppings we asked for and even asked if we wanted extra cheese on top to bind everything together, which we've never been asked before! The preparation station was disorganized and messy. The oven was empty while the pizzas stacked up to the point where there was no room for them. I stood unacknowledged at the cash register for 10 minutes. If I didn't want to pay, I probably could have walked out! (After I was done, I had to get their attention again - and there was no one in line! There were a few people working there including a dude with a Fanny pack doing nothing. The pizzas were undercooked. The trash was overflowing. The floors needed to be swept. Come here if you want to ruin your saturday. Ordered online on a Saturday at 12:30 PM. Got into the restaurant and there were 2 workers: a manager and a brand new hire. They told us they were delayed and it would be 10 minutes. As I write this review, it has now been 40 minutes past the pickup time of 12:51. At least be honest about the anticipated wait time so people can go elsewhere. Spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude and condescending when approached nicely. Manager touched pizzas without wearing gloves, and put burnt food pieces from the bottom of the oven back on to the pizzas. Uncooked pizzas were sitting out for at least 15 minutes at a time. They forgot one of our pizzas, and tried to tell us that we had already taken it. Please do not go to this MOD if you would like to stay sane or if you would like to have time to do anything else with your day. read more

I walked into order salad tonight 7-19-25 at 9:10 pm. There was nobody in line in front of me and two people who already ordered and waiting for the pizza. There was a woman working, manning the pizza oven and one man prepping. That man working did not greet us, did not acknowledge my father and I in any way for over 5 minutes. We stood there waiting quietly until he finally asked if we knew what size we wanted. I said, yes it would only be me ordering a mini salad to go. He said okay and then went on to start making more pizzas for digital orders for the people that were not in the restaurant. After another few minutes went by, I asked him does someone else make the salads? He said no it would be him but these orders came in before me (who was physically standing in the restaurant for over ten minutes for a salad, ha!). He was dismissive towards me and plain rude after I asked about who makes the salads. A person waiting for a salad who is physically in the restaurant should be helped before people who are not physically in the restaurant and if that was my employee, he would no longer work for me if that is how he treats customers. New and in a big, bright space. It is in the old Key Bank spot across the way from Bridgeport Village. This is the largest Mod I've seen and it looks like it has a capacity of about 150. Pizza is solid as always, people are friendly, and since it's new it is super clean. Outside seating available also. Our family loves Mod so we are happy it's here. read more

This doesn't look like much from the outside, but stepping into the place you get a cool vibe. There aren't a whole lot of pizza combinations on the menu, but that's fine because you can add as many toppings as you'd like to a menu choice or you can flat out make your own style. I really enjoyed how fresh the crust was and the toppings were delicious as well. There are a few sides to choose from if you want a bigger meal, or shakes and dessert if you want something sweet. Fresh made lemonade and ice tea are available and taste great as well. I can see myself stopping in here again in the future! read more

Im usually a big fan of mod but this was my first time at this location and I was sadly disappointed. When I walked in there was no one in front of me so I thought, yay no line. I was told he had an online order to take care of quickly so I said ok but then two other employees came up and started working on other online orders too. I recently got home and read the email about just coming into the restaurant and picking it up in a certain area. I placed the order and only paid attention to the pick-up time. Despite not following the directions, the young man who helped us was calm and didn't correct us, just walked over and handed us the pizza. He asked if we needed anything else. I said ranch and he was awesome to ask if it was just one. We actually wanted one each, so it's nice that he asked. There was a young lady who had a pink bandana in her hair, Rosie the Riveter-style, who was an absolute sweetheart. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our meal at one of the tables outside and we had a pleasant encounter with her. We were just wrapping up our meal at the outdoor seating area. She took two pizzas out to a vehicle for curbside pick up. When she walked back to the restaurant, she asked if we needed anything. We didn't. She asked if she could take my boyfriend's empty pizza box. Even though there was a garbage can closeby, it was very kind and attentive of her. We both reflected after, and thought that she was going to kick us out of the outdoor seating area! We had this happen to us at the Sherwood location of Mod Pizza. We were kicked out of the patio within minutes of sitting down, and more than a half-hour before they closed. I only finished one slice of my pizza. By the time we made it home, my pizza was completely cold and I was hangry. We were so grateful that she acknowledged us, even though we had paid, left, and had finished eating. She was simply being kind and attentive. The excellent customer service made us grateful that we went out of our way to go to this location, even though the Sherwood one is closer to where we live. The Mod Bridgeport location went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. I left the restaurant with my online order and was at the intersection when my phone started ringing. Assumed it was spam and ended the call. Rang 2 more times after that so I finally picked up and it was Mod, explaining that they failed to include 2 of the mini cakes I'd ordered. Turn around and go back only to see the guy running out of the door to meet me in the parking lot before I had to fully park and come back inside. As I walk threw the front doors I was welcomed by one of the interactive staff members that were more then happy to give me the "run down" For just 8 dollars and some pocket change you get yourself an 11 inch pizza that you can customize to your liking. With a assembly line set up you can view whatever toppings you like. No additional cost for extra cheese or double toppings, you just pay for the base then straight to the face. This pizza is fire roasted for that nice crispy crust, along with that blistering hot cheese on top. I knew I was in for a treat when I folded my first slice of my 6 slice pie and it was like an earthquake on my finger tips. Upon taking my first bite I knew this pie had no chance of survival, a nice balance of sauce, cheese, and that ever so crispy crust I was in heaven.
