That totally defeats the purpose of ordering through the app if I have to drive to the store to get a replacement. I use the app so I don't have to be inconvenienced by having to drive to the store for a pickup. I also had to pay for the delivery fee! Is it too much to ask for the order instructions to be followed? Why does the customer have to go to the store to make the mistake right?
