Paying premium prices and leaving less than satisfied is not a good feeling, even with four stomachs. So here's the final moo: Panera Bread is a great place to be. It's comfortable, clean, and ideal for meetings and hanging out. But it's not a great place to be served. Also, I'm out $30 for 1-3 business days until they refund my card. I don't care if the food is good if this is the customer service they provide. Two thumbs down.
