seriously, all you taste is bread. They barely put any meat in the sandwich, this is the scrimpiest subway I have ever been to, they barely put any meat in the sandwich they barely put any cheese in the sandwich and if you tell them to add extra meat or cheese they charge you an arm and a leg. But if they put a decent amount of meat and cheese in the damn sandwich you wouldn't have to ask them to add extra meat or cheese. I feel ripped off. I'm never going back. Went in and asked for a cheese sandwhich on wheat with mayo and lettuce. What i got was a dry sandwhich with 2 triangle pieces of cheese and a head of lettuce. Are you kidding me? You charge me the full sandwhich amount for salad on bread. Damn read more

Horrible location! They will accept your order via the app then call you to say they do not any of the deals or promotions! The idea is obviously to pressure you into paying full price. They have done this to us on the app and at the location. They have also tried not to accept gift cards. If you go to Subway go to the another location that honors the deals and acts like they care about their customers. read more

We stopped in for a quick sandwich on our way through town and were very disappointed. The sandwich had an odd flavor and they were super skimpy on the meat for both sandwiches we ordered. I'm am giving this review a 3 star because the woman who helped me was so polite and kind and my sandwich was good. However I noticed upon leaving the owner was splitting up the tips and putting some of the tip money in her pocket? I asked the staff on a later time if it was a normal occurrence that the owner would take part of their tips and unfortunately they confirmed it was a normal occurrence and that upsets me. When I tip I expect that my money would go straight to the employees, times are tough and restaurant owners are having a hard time even keeping employees. To the owner of this subway I feel I need to hand the tip directly to the person who helped me so you can't get your greedy hands on it, your employees work hard and make a less than 2 footlongs a hour.. read more

This is your typical Subway restaurant. I happen to really enjoy a Subway sandwich even though they can get pretty pricey. I really appreciate that this place is always clean and the service is happy and friendly. The amount of toppings to choose from doesn't compare to most other sandwich shops in the area and the choices of sauces beats everything! The location isn't bad and it's usually not too busy unless it's lunch time! I can get a foot long and have it last two meals, so it's worth it for the price for me to stop by when I'm in the mood! read more

The Subways in Sonora and surrounding area suck they will not honor the coupons the you get in the mail. It is ridiculous. From reading all the reviews and looking at the available photos I think that this location is not the best. But, customer service was okay and they were bad. Due to the pandemic going around they keep the place kind of clean. Even though I didn't use any coupons I don't know if they honor it or not so I am not certain of that. I saw one review where they didn't get the right amount of ingredients in their sandwich, it could depend on the workers some workers like to be nice and give more, and others could be having a bad day so they don't care. But overall my experience was okay I guess, even though I got some attitude but it's fine. They were still really nice because my sandwich was not bad and in each bite, I could taste each ingredient I added to my sandwich. But I would try to find another location next time :) read more

Love subway. Just don't go to this store in down town Sonora after 8pm. Yes they close at 9 but the staff likes to clean up early and get irritated when people come in and they have to make sandwiches. By 830 chairs are up on top of tables and they are mopping. Bought 2 foot long subs last night, the foot longs were just barely 10 inches, with about an 1 1/2 on each end being rock hard. The tuna and olives were both bad, and even smelt bad, how you can ignore rotten food smell is beyond my comprehension! The lettuce was yellow, bell peppers limp, and when you find dirt on the tomatoes, that shows that the employee's are skimping on their job, and not washing the vegetables, I will not even get into their attitudes towards customers, or the cleanness of the store itself... This subway store needs to be shut down, and hire all new crews! There will Always be another person willing to take their jobs, AND do it well! That means also firing the Manager!!! Never in my life have I received the ridiculously subpar level of service that I have at this restaurant. I went into this store 30 minutes before they closed and was told that they'd shut the toaster off. Because they hadn't had a customer in an hour. So I guess they were done for the next 30 minutes as well. They didn't have the nerve to TELL us they weren't gonna toast anything. "we turned the toaster off" the girl behind the counter shrugged and mumbled as she motioned towards it. Their solution: microwave it! The woman behind the counter threw together a cold chicken sandwich as fast as she could with maximum complaining and minimum friendliness. She made it perfectly clear that if she had her way they would have already been closed, and the fact that they were still there was ridiculous. The girls behind the counter handed me this microwaved, half-hot, half-cold, sloppy sandwich then charged me full price for it. What a joke. Meh is right........the staff could not be more unfriendly. No one said hello, welcome - just what can I get you? They acted like I was interrupting them, and the funny thing is - not one customer in the place other than me.
