Food was hot. Service was garbage. I ordered via the app for DINE IN, paid in the store, was told that it would be a while. Th app stated ETA 1706 didn't get food until almost 6pm and then it was in a TO GO box and my name wasn't even called then the lady who literally took my cash an hour before asked if I had paid for my order. I had to ask for plates and utensils since we were dining inside. Ambiance was ok. Came in at about 6:30 ish ordered and was rushed to finish ordering with the common line of "anything else" about 7 times the food was great we dinned in and got our food at 7 ish it was just pizza it took an hour for our potato wedges alone. This place closes at 9pm they closed the salad bar on us at 7 right before we got our food when we got up to get ranch etc everything was gone. when i asked if the ranch could be put back the young lady looked at me rolled her eyes then put it back and you hear her throwing things around which wasnt good at all we got up a total of 3 times to ask for parmesan cheese and chillis and peppers because they werent out on the salada bar! other than the one employee, the salad bar and the potato wedges it was clean and nice bathrooms could use some improvements but it was fair! read more

Amazing Service from Angela & Brett! I stopped by Mountain Mike's recently and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at any pizza place. Angela and Brett went above and beyond -- super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Angela made sure everything was perfect with my order and had such a great attitude the whole time, and Brett went out of his way to double-check that everything came out hot and fresh. It's rare to find employees who make you feel this welcomed these days! The pizza was awesome (as always), but Angela and Brett made the whole experience even better. Amazing lunch date with my two kiddos! The food was delicious, the lunch special is a screaming deal ($17 all you can eat!) and my kids eat free. The staff was so friendly and kind... Pizza was barely acceptable to eat! Salad bar was a wreck ...a bad wreck! Service was sloppy & unprofessional! Ambiance? Place was filthy! Almost every table was filthy & they had garbage bags full of "garbage" in the aisle where people were walking. At 5:45pm there were 5 people in there including my wife & I. You would think it would be busy during dinner hour but apparently the town has this place figured out. We came through Sonora on our way back to Oakdale & stopped to eat. Never again will I go near this dump. Most of the time we get good food & service at Mountain Mikes but this place needs corporate to step in & revitalize! Am I on candid camera? I call in an order at 11am and am told 25 minutes. I show up at 1127 am. No problem taking my money 135 dollars and am told 15 more minutes. Whelp at 12 noon I inquire again and am told 10 more minutes and here we are at 1215pm pretty sure im watching her make my co workers pizzas after an hour wait. Its like CNN people you have to update customers. Dont say 25 minutes when you know its gonna be an hour plus. Now my lunch has been wasted watching her serve all these walk in people who have ate and left and here I still wait to get food I aint even gonna eat. Oh wait here comes more walk in buffet pizzas. I highly recommend Mountain Mike's in Sonora. I have a special pizza I like to order, and every place I've been always gets it wrong. But Angela made it perfect. Definitely enjoyed my lunch today. The place was busy, but I liked how friendly and present Angela was with each customer while still maintaining a professional attitude. Lunch Buffet was HORRIBLE! Salad was good but pizza was dry and unappealing, it must have been sitting under the lights for awhile. We asked the cashier if fresh pizza would be coming out. Seems like they only had one guy working and they were busy - rival Mike's pizza (highly recommended) was unexpectedly closed so I'm guessing they were taking up some of the slack. I was with my family driving around the area, we ordered some pizza while we were teaching my little brother how to drive. We drove around back and noticed a man wearing a mountain mikes shirt smoking in the back area. Then when we went inside to pick up the food and the same guy was the one who gave us our order.
