This is just your typical subway! Decent sandwich, but they put very few veggies so you have to keep asking them to put more. This was my first time coming to subway since before COVID and it was just as I remembered. The inside could definitely use some renovations to make it look new and more modern, but it looks like how most subway interiors are. Came at about 1pm and there was no line. This was an outer body experience. When in Seward on 6-23-25 I decided to try the new foot long nachos that have been advertised. Ok, so the nachos are the Frito Lay small sample pack. Fine. You have your choice between cool ranch or nacho cheese. All is good. They ask steak or chicken. I say no meat and they look confused. Fine. So out of the little oven comes my melted nachos. Lady says tomatoes, onions, jalapeños? I say no onions please. Then as she is making it I say may I please have some olives instead of onions. She looks scared to death. Some Caucasian dude with a hoodie over his head like it's 10 degrees barks out "no olives with nachos". What a clown. I had several visits planned here during my week. I'll go elsewhere thank you. I wouldn't typically rate a Subway (because they literally taste the same in rural German towns, Los Angeles, and Seward, AK. The product is typically not a favorite of anyone, but one that is solidly going to work when you're starving and want a sure thing. AM I RIGHT?!? But when the town sells hummus sandwiches across the street for $17, you get pretty DANG EXCITED when you can get a foot long sandwich for $8 (which is more expensive than in most cities, but great for a remote place like Seward). We stopped here after Exit Glacier on our way back to Anchorage. This was a good idea since we were kind of hungry. My wife and I split a submarine sandwich and my parents split another one too. The line picked up since we got there around lunch time. Parking is a little tight here but alot of people coming in and out. Overall, this is pretty standard but in a place this remote like Seward, this is paradise. read more

This place sucks. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service here is so horrible here it's unacceptable how they treat food and people. There was this guy making the subs kept telling us to go to other places nearby when we entered the subway saying he has to make 18 subs and was expressing how he hates working on 4th July. Kept taunting he doesn't know why we are still standing and someone else would have gone by now. While packing my sub he threw it on packing paper and dropped it and then just packed the dropped sub and said to the payment guy I don't care. When I looked at him and said that's a great attitude you have there,he dint even look at me he sprinted out of there and said the place is closed everybody get out of here. If you are treating food like trash and don't have any respect and you possibly have racism issues you shouldnt be working in a place. I truly hope from my heart this guy gets fired and doesn't work in any restaurant ever again. He also told the other girl to say the chicken was over when she asked someone to get more from the back. 9:30 in morning and you want to say it's over clearly exercising your right of refusing service indirectly. Liars. That's all I can say. I called ahead and asked what deals they had. They said buy 2 foot longs, get 1 foot long free. So I went in and ordered 6 foot longs expecting to get 2 free. When I got to the register I was charged for 6 subs. I told them about the deal I was offered on the phone. They said it was no longer available due to a software update that morning. I said one of your employees just told me on the phone 10 minutes ago, and he was standing right there and admitted it. They still wouldn't honor it. Liars!! read more

Went here for lunch today and the service was horrible. And my food was so so hubby was happy with his. I had the teriyaki chicken they didn't cut it and bearly communicated with me , had to ask for a drink cup twice first guy simply walked away. The employees were rude. read more
