Living in Mt. Baker I'm always a little skeptical about actually stopping anywhere on Rainier. Add to it that this Subway is 24/7, it seems like it could be a little sketchy. I've regulated myself to only going before 6pm so while I can't say how safe it is at 2am or anything, I've been pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the employees and cleanliness of the store every time I do stop by. Besides being very rude I literally saw the guy putting his thumb in the scooper and holding back the meat. The scooper is there to measure how much goes on the sandwich. Why are you skimming the meat. I mean for my sandwich only it cost $16.00, That means it's over $20 to eat here for one person w drink and chips. Like my previous Subway franchise review, it certainly has a time & place when the sandwich calling pops up. This spot is alright. The ladies working seemed pleasant yet on point. In the small location, parking good enough. Give me that foot-long Veggie Delight, vegan, some fresh crispy veggies & guac and it's a decent meal. Add some personal spices for that lil "-Bam! -Bam!" (as Emeril would passionately exclaim on cue) back in the car or at home---or heck, at a good ol' picnic. PS. For the conscious consumer, be aware that many "fresh veggies" have some added crap to them (how dare you taint the banana & jalapeno peppers, fiends!). I ordered artisan Italian bread through doordash and the type of meat that I indicated was beef only. They really changed the whole order to pork and chicken. I don't eat pork. This really shocked me and am so sick of this how can a person just miss to read the whole order. This was done intentionally due to the fact that my name sounds muslim. The most expensive subway I've ever been to! Literally their cheapest 6" sub is $8 which comes with almost no meat, and if you get a meal it's going to be over $12 after tax. It's just subway so not worth this price at all. The SODO subway is $2 cheaper for a six inch Great Garlic sub which is a crazy difference. They are barely a mile a part and get their stuff from the same supplier so the only reason this one is so much more expensive is greed from the franchise owner. Will never go back here. $20 for a foot long sub, chips, and a drink is insane in any fast food sandwich shop. read more

The old staff was attentive and listened. The new staff is cold, they don't listen, they assume your order and the portions are meager. Not up to subway standards in my opinion. This is my favorite Subway location! I can tell the owner takes pride in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and always acknowledge people as they walk in. They are fast and efficient and because I am a regular customer and get the same thing everyday when I am not traveling, they start making my lunch when I walk in the door. The employees are awesome and you can tell they care about what they are doing. Because of these reasons and their cleanliness, I always go here and feel good supporting them. I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant when the app told me my order would be ready. They had no record of my order. I showed them the order confirmation on my phone and waited around to see if it would show up. I asked again and was told that there was no order. I was charged $17.63. There are a few Subways that lure you in with the promise of a $5 footlong, but you end up with a thin sandwich containing less than $2.50 in ingredients. While most Subways has their "bad seed" Sandwich Artists who didn't really pay attention during sandwich-making class, that's more the exception than the rule at this shop! read more

***Missile Subs*** Why five stars? The reason is Oscar, he is the man! He didn't go to the school of skimping and he hook me up with massive subs that needs two hands to hold... Friendly but that only goes so far.... Bread was not up to subway standards and it's not like subway bread is top notch to begin with. They didn't listen to me when I asked for cheddar cheese, then were stingy on toppings I only wanted 3.... Asked for a cup for water and the cashier took a cup and filled it with their nasty tap water Subway should be the same everywhere you go, it's not a 5star restaurant but I think I should be able to expect consistency between restaurants. This is one of the better Subways I've been to. The bread is very good here. It's soft and feels very fresh. Likewise, the cookies are very well baked and incredibly tasty. The workers are really quick and very friendly. -It's a bit funny how it's located right NEXT to McDonald's. read more

We came in for a free 6" sub courtesy of T-Mobile Tuesdays (yeaaaaa!) and I made sure that they do honor it before I placed my order and sure enough she was like yes and she then told me how to redeem it and everything. Good location for a Subway especially when its directly across the street of a McDonalds. Subway would be the better and healthier option in terms of food. Parking lot has spaces for ten or twelve cars at most. Good place to get a customized sub just the way you like it when its not busy during the morning and late afternoon hours when students, people on busy schedules and those on the run want to get a quick meal to go! The shop is small, but is better than other locations. The different breads and ingredients were very organized. A 5 star experience is going to take a while to achieve!!! read more

super nasty subways the old Indian guy and old Indian girl in morning are extremely rude and dirty he drop black plastic can of olives in ground and order the lady to pick it up and wash it! while I order my sandwich and sure enough I took one bite and got sick I ask for Italian herb and cheese but the bread looks weird and tasted like shit! previously when I order spicy Italian sandwich he put only 3 pepperoni 3 salami!
