I continued to counter--the website doesn't say anything about the app. It says I can start an order there on the website without signing in or going into the app. There is nothing indicating this deal isn't available at the drive-thru. Another employee joined the interaction and insisted I was wrong. I ended up abandoning my order and driving away angrily. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. Of course it was the same person I was arguing with before. I tried to explain that they let $60 worth of business today and my patronage as a customer permanently drive away over a few dollars.
