The store was running late on the bread bake (which meant ours was as fresh as I could be). I spent a good 10-15 minutes in my Yankees cap (like the color not the team) studying the cuts of meat while a guy in a Redsox hat waited on the adjacent stool for his Boston Beef '3 way'. The wait staff were making some valid points about chatGPT while shredding the turkey, but I kept my mouth shut and my nose clean. Our Square and New Deal sandwiches were impeccable (albeit objectively speaking, my New Deal was better). I'm looking for the right mix of textures, meat, no skimping on Kewpie and a bread I can take a good bite out of - and it was an all around excellent sandwich on those counts. In waiting - I refreshed knowledge of hog body parts, and no Yanks/Sox fights broke out. It's a pleasant interlude to your mid-day, don't expect express service, but the end result will be to your taste

From the moment you enter, the smell of freshly baked focaccia bread fills the air. Their menu is not extensive but each entry lists fresh and delicious ingredients. We tried the tuna and their namesake sandwich. We couldn't pick a favorite between the two. The ingredients were top quality and the flavors blended together beautifully. It's worth the wait- the service was friendly. The prices are more expensive than a chain sandwich shop - but oh so worth it due to the quality. The portions are large.

My friend ordered the chips and queso and everything was already pre packaged and took for ever to come out, she had to remind them since they forgot. I had heard that their pop-up dinners sell out very quickly so I was ready the day they were posted and grabbed a few spots for one of their February dates. We live in West Chester and have driven down to there a few times just to pick up delicious dinners. We just attended our first dinner there last Tuesday. Oh My Goodness! What a treat. Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.
