This rubbed me in all the wrong ways. First, "she" rushes because she has set questions, can't handle human nuance, and asks stupid upsell questions that have nothing to do with the order given. I pull up to the window and ask who appears to be a manager why they're using a computer to take orders. He said (robotically mind you) "to improve my accuracy and allow me to train other team members." Talk about swallowing the sweet tea! My good man, you're going to train yourself right on out of a job. It's not his fault I realize - I'm saving my real ire and disgust for corporate.
