I ordered a meal on-line but tried to call immediately to cancel and nobody picked up. I left five messages to have it canceled or to give me a refund and nobody has returned my call. Absolutely ridiculous! That was three days ago. The app changed the location to 50 miles away from me to Peterborough NH. Didn't realize it till I showed up to my location in Goffstown NH that it was in Peterborough. Owner should be ashamed. My son worked at a Subway and said they always pick upped the phone at the location he worked at. Awful. read more

I'd like to give this review zero stars but because I can't I'm giving it a one. Hoping for a late night sub (9:00) my friend and I ordered $40.00 worth of food, we drove 20 minutes to this location as it was the only one still open (closes at 10) we got there at 9:20 and when we tried to go in the doors were already locked and they were closing. there was still someone in the building but he chose to ignore us. This obviously made us very upset. so I am warning now if you want a late night sub do NOT choose this location. As for subway in Peterborough you will be receiving a call from me tomorrow morning demanding my money back. read more

The place was well kept and very clean. as soon as I walked in a very nice employee helps me, even though there was a person in front of me, the employee was a great worker and very kind as well as helpful. New, clean, well maintained for the most part. Granted they have kids working here and people that don't care but these lame ass one star reviews really aren't fair or make sense. I will start off by saying we were greated by puke outside the front door probably a result of international margarita day next door. The presentation of the place is clean, it still looks new, all the coolers were well stocked. We got a meatball sub with chips and cookies, some how worked out to $12 but whatever. Only one person working on a Saturday at lunch time, still no one was really here anyway. The people who work here have got an attitude, like how dare you come here and ask them to work, it's your job. Let me explain, I have a late class on Monday from 6-9:30. I got out early enough to get food from subway at 8:50, I even googled the time they closed which says 10 pm. I show up, ask for a basic ft long sub. Then the woman proceeds to start getting mad at me because she ignored my request to not douse my sub in pepers after I said "small amount." So I asked if she could take some off. She starts getting grumpy with me and then makes a huff behind the counter and scolds me saying they are supposed to be closed. I look at her and at the customers sitting at a table eating and say, "well the internet says you're open for another hour AND you have no hours posted outside. So I don't know what you expect from customers." I get it, you want to go home, but this is your job. It's what is paying you. If you feel you have better places to be I guarantee there is someone else willing to take your job. read more

Went there Sunday 11/12/2017 for a quick breakfast sandwich (as I was traveling). Ordered a Steak, Egg and cheese on flat bread sandwich. I paid for the sandwich and was on my way. I bit into the sandwich and discovered that it was stone cold! Not a hot sandwich that I ordered. I would think that they would take the time to ensure that the sandwich was hot out of their microwave as they had to physically fold and package the item. Either they were not paying attention or did not care. As for me, I will not be back, nor will I recommend anyone else heading there. read more

They don't answer when you call. The employees are absolutely rude. It is very very dirty in the back and I wouldn't recommend it. They don't clean they just wipe down the counters and everything else with water. read more

Both of the kids working behind the counter had greasy long hair. Much of which ended up in my food. Also my bread looks like it was cut with a machete. Id be pretty embarrassed if I was the manager of this establishment. Wont be returning. read more

The Subway in Peterborough NH is absolutely horrible! Every single time we come in, they are out of bread completely or out of the popular bread choices (Wheat, Herb & Cheese), the employees are slow or off in the corner on their phones, and when they do make your sandwich, it's always a mess (too light on some fixings, to heavy on others). When you finally get it made, the sandwiches are never wrapped right so mayo gets all over everything. This place needs a huge overhaul to make it worth visiting. read more

Enjoy Subway, but not this one. We simply got tired of them being "out of this bread, out of this topping" etc. Multiple visits over multiple months, always out of something so our sandwiches were never right. Have heard the same from many other people - we no longer frequent this store. read more

Have been to subway many times. Have also have had to return sandwhich a few times because it has been made wrong. Have learned to stand by an watch when they make it. They are 96% of the time out of something. Either bread, veg's or meats. Last time I was in there they had no turkey, ham, steak or roast beef. Why open?? Also had to wait outside in cold because door was locked. Not sure where worker had been. That was at 1pm. When I have time I will drive to Jaffrey to the subway there. Jaffrey is always clean, food looks fresh and workers are very nice. One worker, Nicole always seems to be happy and will go out of her way to make sure your happy. Peterborough is so much closer yet so tired of them being out of stuff and workers seem upset that they have to help you. When in a rush I will try them again yet otherwise will continue to drive to Jaffrey. read more

Placed and paid for an order online. Got there five minutes after it should've been done. There was one man working. People in line. I waited 10 minutes to find my order was never received. Waited another 10 for the man to make it. Several people in line behind me left. Unacceptable for this man to be alone working at lunchtime. I'll never go back read more

I just received a salad from here. Someone picked it up for me as they were in the area. HORRIBLE... the tomatoes and cucumbers were mashed up for some reason instead of just putting them on the bed of spinach and then 2 balls of scooped out tuna that looked like cat food was tossed on each side of the container. The plastic to-go container was not even full of veggies, I have never in my life witnessed such a horrible mess of greens. I was charged $7.18 for a lunch that made it to the garbage can. Do yourself a favor and pass by this place unless you want to stay hungry. read more
