We purchased lunch for our staff and medical providers, and the interaction with the manager, Brockana Parker, was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. During our visit, members of my staff politely asked for a to-go bag. Ms. Parker responded by telling them to "go sit down and eat it," despite the fact that the order was clearly intended to be taken back to our office. Her tone and behavior toward our staff were unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. What was even more concerning was witnessing the way she treated other customers in the restaurant, including elderly patrons at the counter. The lack of patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. As the owner of two medical practices, I understand the importance of leadership, customer service, and representing a business well. In all my years managing teams and serving the public, I have rarely encountered someone handling the front end of a business with such poor judgment and lack of professionalism. If this manager is representing your franchise, it reflects very poorly on your establishment. Our experience left us genuinely disgusted and unlikely to return unless meaningful changes are made. Customer service should never leave patrons feeling belittled or unwelcome.
