They do a flight of drinks each weekend, and the most popular drink in the flight makes it on the menu the next week. Their liquor selection is great, and the garnishes are even better. It's all fresh and delicious. They do have a cover for their guests, but I like this personally as it keeps the bar more classy on the inside.
