Welp, I'm not from here but OMG this place was unexpected. First off, amazing atmosphere and the place feels like it belongs in legacy west in Dallas. It's classy, and is an amazing date night place. First off - First date night since we had our newborn. So we had to indulge alittle. Elk Tacos - Tasty, delicious, and I haven't had Elk since I was in colorado. So AMAZING. Portion is a appetizer appropriate portion. Drink wise - Old fashion in a smoke box. I love to smoke my old fashions at home, but this was another notch on top of it. I loved the show, and it was a fantastic old fashion. Huge fan of it. Lavender lemonade was for my wife - and it was sweet for me. However, very tasty and delicious. I would recommend it to for a mid summer drink. Finally, the food. I had the scallop risotto - and risotto is something I make on a weekly base. The was perfect, creamy, tasty and rich. The scallops cooked/seared well. My wife had the pecan crusted chicken, which wasn't as good as the risotto. Still, an amazing dish and absolutely crusted well. The service was good, kind, and attentive. They let us enjoy our time talking and enjoying ourselves. Check it out, when you get a chance. read more

This is quite literally the best pizza our family has ever had. They've ruined pizza forever for my kids, they'll never want it from anywhere else The brick oven spinach dip with crostini appetizer was delicious, the truffle pepperoni pizza was absolute perfection, kids chicken tenders were tender and juicy, and the shoestring fries delightful. And full size $10 pizzas on Saturdays can't be beat! Our server was also super sweet and attentive. We are only in town for 48 hours and I wouldn't be surprised if we come again before heading home. /5 all around. read more

I ate there last night after trying to go on Tuesday. Y'all had their hours as open on Tuesday, but apparently they close on Mondays and Tuesdays. I suggested to the management that they inform yelp of the change. The food and service last night was really excellent. I ordered salmon very rare and it was cooked absolutely perfectly for me. The broccolini and risotto that came with it was excellent, and the side salad was good and quite big. The atmosphere was somewhere between a classy restaurant and a sports bar and overall very pleasant. read more

The worst restaurant experience i have ever had. Went for a birthday dinner, and waited over 2 hours just for a ceaser salad. The food came out at different times and no one was able to eat all together. For the price, the service should be much better. Would never recommend to anyone, and will never be going back. I made a yelp account just to leave a review as a warning to other potential customers. The "featured elk tacos" tasted like fish that had been sitting out all day. I am a fan of elk, and tacos this was not pleasant. My Steak was an acceptable medium rare ribeye at best, service was lack luster with my party and another being the only in the lower restaurant on a Saturday night (if that tells you anything). My girlfriend and I had two guests with us that were paying their own tab and this seemed like too much math for the server to comprehend. We had to each take our tabs to the bar and cash register to find the server and show her physically how it was supposed to work after giving her 3 attempts. For a ribeye, terrible elk tacos, and no drinks, bill was ~$120, way overpriced. The place does look fabulous I will say that, they definitely pulled one over on me. read more

A noticeable turnaround. Excellent food and cocktails, much-improved service, and a great atmosphere. Looking forward to seeing them keep it up. After a previously disappointing visit, I returned to Cielos recently and was genuinely impressed by how much they've improved. The service was organized and attentive, with staff clearly more confident and on top of their tables. Our meals came out in the proper order, timed well, and every dish was served hot and cooked to temp. The quality of the food has always been a strength here, and it's great to finally enjoy it the way it was meant to be experienced. I'm glad I gave it another shot and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a night out in Paris, TX. read more

I grew up in Paris Tx and was very excited to see such an amazing restaurant open in this area, I was very disappointed to witness the blatant racism that was displayed at this location. The ONE African American employee was told to not be visible to patrons while in the kitchen, I was told this by him personally after having a discussion with him. I also noticed that no gloves were worn by the kitchen manager as she prepared pizzas and burgers, I also had a piece of hair in my drink, hair nets are also not worn by the kitchen staff. read more

This was our second visit to Cielos and it wa great! We decided to try multiple appetizers and soup. The apps were great, the pretzel charcuterie, elk tacos and braised short ribs on garlic toast were spot on, the artichoke soup, sublime. The braised short rib dish deserving extra praise. It could be a entree on its own. Skylar and Karen show a wonderful dedication to customers having a great dining experience and we will be back. Me and a group of 9 others came here before our prom. We sat there for an hour and 45 minutes and one of our members never even got her food. Food was brought out one by one with 5-10 minutes in between each plate. Service was terrible, and food wasn't good enough to wait over an hour for. read more
