The turn over seems high since every time I'm there the employees are different.. Today I sat at the bar. Ordered a water and menu. Then she walked away. I just wanted to place my order but after waiving her down twice and she didn't return I walked out. Once you order this place takes awhile at times. Hope this doesn't continue. It was tasty and hit all the right notes. The only critique/observation is that it was a bit thin on meat when comparing it to the many others I've had. Just not as hearty in size. A boutique sized version that is on point with flavor. A 8.5 to 9 of 10. House chips were good and did not lack crunch like some places can. A coffee flavor Creme Brulee to end. Good brulee and a balanced coffee flavor. Texture was good and smooth. Maybe slightly softer than some; a solid treat!
