STAY AWAY! Rudest manager and employee you can ever encounter. My friends and I were in line ordering when a group of Chinese tourists came in. The man yelled at them to be quiet. Then the lady manager yelled at my friend, told her she would not serve her, threw her already half prepared sandwich in the trash and kicked her out of her store, yelling that she was trespassing. I got involved and tried to tell her she could not treat my friend that way and she yelled at me and threatened to call the police on me. She got her phone out and pretended to call the police accusing me of trespassing when I had just purchased a sandwich from her. Please stay away, these people are bullies, they are racist, belligerent, and just plain angry. read more

Awful customer service. Employee named Jennifer was horrible, constantly yelling, racist, rude. Worst customer service I've ever received. I made a Yelp account just so I could warn others to stay clear of this location. It's definitely a good decision if you're headed into Zion... IF the place isn't loaded with people and IF you brought extra cash. It's Subway, but it's a tourist Subway. They do have normal prices for locals, the sub maker told me, but I'm sure you have to be well known to get a sub without the massive markup in prices. If i was the manager, I would fire her immediately!!! It was a busy afternoon and there were a long line waiting. There were 3 workers, and 2 guys was busy at making subs and one lady was standing there using her phone while she's supposed to work. I wish I could took a photo!!! And she's sooooo nasty for every customer!!! There were 2 tour busses coming to eat there, I know it's busy, but she's yelling at those foreigner travelers : tell me what you want!! Tell me the name don't point it!!!! Cause most of the customers didn't speak English that much! I can't even believe myself why she treats people like that!!! The most gross thing that I ever seen was she just use her hands to grab those cookies!!!!!! HANDS that she was using her phone!!!! Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches just before noon on a Saturday. There were a few people in front of us, and the line moved slow, but overall not a big deal. The younger workers moved swiftly and provided polite service. When we reached the checkout, the older woman struggled to figure out which sandwich belonged to whom, and she kept unwrapping them with ungloved hands (gross). Got to the car and realized she had mixed up our sandwiches with the customer ahead of us. Went back in to return it, and the other customer had arrived as well. She tried to give us the sandwich that this random customer had already walked out of the store with and opened. Unsanitary, and no thank you. Then, she never offered to remake the sandwich (though she did remake the other customer's). Clearly flustered as the line was now out the door, she couldn't even refund the money properly when requested. She kept refunding other people's credit cards as evidenced by the non-matching orders and credit card digits. So, at least a couple of people got a refund that day (not us). She also swore and hurled some insults for good measure. Manager of the adjoining convenience shop tried to smooth things over. He was much more helpful and attempted to rectify the situation (by actually listening to the complaint and seeking to solve the issue rather than become defensive). The one sandwich we did get came out fine, though it ended up costing us $18 since we never received a refund. read more

Went in after visiting Zion park for a quick lunch before my shift began at Best Friends. The posted sign outside offers a 5% discount. It does not say there is a limitation on the cost of the sandwich. What it does say is to go in and ask. Anyway a family of four was in front of me. I offered them my park visitors pass so they could save a little money and asked the counter server if they would take the pass. She asked her boss the boss said no. Fine. For me it was 30 cent savings for the family of four it was $1.20. Not a big deal. So I waited while she made the sandwiches for the family of four. Talked to the mom. But when it was my turn to order the counter girl brought up the discount request again and I replied that the conversation was over. I asked for my sandwich and for the middle of the bread to be taken out. It appeared to be a difficult request. And when they added the cheese they did not sprinkle it over but more on one side. I made a request for a little extra cheese and then the manager said she would have to charge me extra. And then put her hands on the sandwich to push the cheese around. Gross. Lost my appetite. I used a four letter word. The manager wanted to jump over the counter. But that is what happens when you deal with uneducated people who can't take instructions from their customers. Not a pleasant experience. Who ever owns this Subway franchise needs to train their staff and also clarify the sign out front. read more

Not a lot of dining options here at the junction. The Subway is your quickest option and you know what you're gonna get. Same sandwiches you get at any location. Clean, quick service. It can get busy if you get a tour bus entering Zion in front of you. read more

We stopped here on our way down to Lake Powell. The food and service were amazing. I love the small town feel. Every employee treated me like I was a local. The only downside is the bathrooms attached to the shell station aren't very clean. However if you want a great lunch with amazing service stop here! read more

We came here for lunch recently as our tour bus stopped here to let us rest. The staff was friendly and while not the most efficient (think she was new), the subs were delicious. This small restaurant is attached to another business and does not have a restroom of its own. Seating area is limited inside but there is outdoor seating. read more

Typically I am very lenient about service especially when a place is busy, however when entering this crowded subway the staff was incredibly rude. We were located by the door with large numbers going in and out we were yelled at to keep the door shut. I would not ever stop here again due to how uncalled for that was.
