Lotsa Motsa Pizza - All meats and combo - Pizza Near Me - Kanab, Utah

$34 for 2 spaghetti with meat sauce and 2 single trip salads. That would be fine if it was good but this food isn't good. I watched the cashier take the pasta noodles (which were in plastic take out containers) out of the fridge and put them into the microwave. At some point sauce was added and it was nuked again. Really? The salad bar is nice but the lettuce was so wet the whole thing tasted drowned. The bread stick tasted funky, like too yeasty. I've been there before, had the same thing and really enjoyed- not sure what went wrong on Saturday. Also it's a little disturbing to see plastic being nuked in the microwave, especially in a restaurant. read more

Cheap price for a pizza buffet but it has very little selection. The salad bar was decent. The pizza choices are just OK and you can only fill it up once for the pizza I think. Overall, a decent place for a cheap meal in Kanab. read more

It's pizza. Can't go wrong. Good little salad bar. Local spot. Friendly young lady at the counter - she was swamped on Saturday night. Couple of tables inside, about 4 tvs hung on the wall. read more

The counter service was great. Food was terrible. Floors were filthy. Concerned if the salad bar was kept at temp. The spaghetti with chicken was awful. Little pieces of chicken probably not even an ounce of protein. Do not recommend if you want nutritionally valuable food. read more

They have an all you can eat buffet Monday-Saturday 11-2 and it includes a salad bar, soup, breadsticks and pizza. I saw the sign as I drove by and the total cost is $6.99 so I decided to try it although at that price I was a bit skeptical. The salad bar was fantastic, very fresh greens and fixings. The pizza offerings were also amazing... pepperoni, cheese, supreme, chicken bbq etc. The pizza isn't the best I've had but it's pretty good and being $6.99 all you can eat I was surprised at how good it tasted and how good of quality it was. The restaurant itself has lots of seating - indoors and outdoors - and it is very clean. The pizzas are constantly coming out fresh and the salad bar is also constantly maintained. Highly recommend coming here for lunch! read more

Pizza was decent. Got BBQ chicken (good) and buffalo chicken with bacon added (very good). However, the girls working the counter were completely unfriendly and seemed to be bothered about having to work. My 13 year old even commented on it. It was not very busy (a Monday night). We ordered to carry out. read more

A very simple pizza place to fill up your belly. They were able to make the food fairly quickly. The salad was a self serve to-go salad. We were able to pack it up quite a bit. I got a personal size 4 slide pizza and added 3 toppings: mushrooms, sausage, chicken. They don't put as much sauce and it was pretty bland. The cheesy bread was decent! Good amount of cheese. Can't complain for a small town pizza place. There aren't a lot of restaurant options. read more

The pizza itself was pretty good for a small town pizza place. There were a couple downsides. When we went in they still had a couple hours left open and they were completely out of almost all sizes of dough. Then the inside is a fine seating area, but they need to do some dusting on the items hanging up. read more

Pizza was average at best. Pictures of the pepperoni pizza on Yelp didn't look like the half pepperoni and half beef. Also good that we were carrying out the pizza as the temperature in the restaurant was unbearably hot. I would not choose lotsa Motsa again. Even Pizza Hut would be a better option. read more

Didn't even get to eat there. The owner gave us the dirtiest look, was not comfortable or welcome. Had to leave after traveling long hours. Rather take my family and business to someone who wants it. read more

Fast and friendly service. I got the lunch buffet here before and they still good! Kind of reminds me of pizza places from when I was a kid :) the cheese pizza is really good and nostalgic tasting. There is plenty of parking but not a ton of seating inside (but I've never had a hard time finding a seat). The price is really great for what you get! read more

Just ate here. The young lady at the counter has such a cute personality. Pizza was good, the pizza breading was somehow both fluffy and crispy. I personally enjoyed the buffalo chicken, my kid liked the bbq chicken, and the other kid liked the pepperoni. Good buffet. Good deal. They give disposable plates, it was definitely a different type of buffet experience for us. read more

When I first moved here 10 years ago lots of lots of pizza was the bomb, now I wouldn't waste a $6 it is so horrible it's unbelievable hard to chew no flavor got to be the worst Pizza in the world read more

Picked up a delicious pizza for dinner in hotel room. Service was great. Ambiance in our hotel room was superior.

Got there about a half hour before the buffet ended and there was a smattering of several types of pizza and they looked dry. I asked if more was coming out and the owner gave me a dirty look and asked rudely what we wanted. I said maybe a pepperoni and she reluctantly gave the order to her chef. Then we asked if we could bring in our own soda can because we were traveling and had them in a cooler. She told the cashier to charge us for the drink anyway so we passed on having ours. The pizza was not great and sadly my wife suffered the entire night with what seemed to be food poisoning. She vomited severely several times and had diarhea. read more

There's a reason this place is the number on search on Yelp! This place was chock full of character and so reasonably priced in Kanab. We ordered a 14" specialty pizza - Chicken Bacon, Cinnamon Sticks & a large salad for about $35. The Chicken Bacon pizza had a great crisp crust but needed some more chicken/bacon crumbles on it, other than it tasted wonderful. The Cinnamon Sticks surprised us by having frosting on them along with powdered sugar, wasn't our favorite but it was different than what we normally have back up in Utah County. The salad was fresh and delicious and greatly needed on this roadtrip. The location is showing it age and charm and we wiped down our booth with wet napkins before sitting but the employees were kind and even shared with us to get a better bang for our buck which was incredibly nice of them. read more

I researched ahead of time the pizza places in the area for our quick fam getaway to Kanab. We always like to try non chain places when on vacation. After a long, hot day of hiking in the area, we stopped here to check the place out and grab a menu. We were filthy since one of the places we went was the Sand Dunes so we were in deep need of showers. For a Saturday even, the place was very quiet but it was clean looking and the person behind the counter was attentive right away. I told her I will call in an order and come back later. After grabbing the pizzas about an hr or so later so we very pleased with the decision to order here. We ordered 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings each and a large order of cheese sticks. The food was delicious! When we arrived they were ready and she was very accommodating we asked for extras like plates, utensils, ranch and extra marinara for the cheese bread. Extra 1/2 star for even giving a military discount. This place really came thru for us after the day we had! read more

I normally don't write poor reviews, instead I just won't go back. However, the food here was poor enough it needed a warning. Cheap ingredients, the pizza had an off flavor. There is a small salad bar that was pretty fresh though limited. It f you're passing through Kanab and craving pizza, you'd be better off at Pizza Hut. read more

Decent pizza and convenient. Call in ahead to order then pick up. Wings were large and juicy. Spicy had good heat. Service there in person was great. Eating in was meh. We ended up just taking it to go and back to our hotel. read more

2.5/5. Pretty average pizza. We got a large 3 topping pizza with: half 1: bacon, peppers, and onions half 2: pineapple, ham, onions It came out to be $18 and was enough to split with 3 people. The pricing on Google for Lotsa Motsa 164 E 300S, Kanab, UT 84741, and the receipt (what I was actually charged) do not match. I called in an attempt to correct this problem. The woman I talked with claimed it wasn't even the correct location. I asked, "How can that possibility be?" The phone number I called along with the address where I picked this order up are absolutely correct. I ordered and picked it up at this Google posted address. Then, she claimed the prices on-line were outdated and I should have seen the prices that were posted in the restaurant. Again, I stated I ordered "on-line" for pick-up. She claimed, "I just work here; there is nothing I can do about it." I suggested she relay this information to the owner. Again, she stated there is nothing that can be done about it. I stated, "this is robbery". If your prices on-line aren't correct, they should be updated. It's simply poor business practice not to show accurate pricing. In my opinion, there are other pizza restaurants in town. This restaurant is not honest in their business dealings. RUN, in the opposite direction. Oh, BTW, the pizza was actually okay. read more

Came here after a long day of hiking in nearby mountains. The establishment was clean, a little small, but not crowded. Most people were picking up orders. I placed my order for two individual pizzas (pepperoni and combination) and waited about 25 minutes. I can say it was well worth the wait, those pizzas were delicious, the ingredients were high quality and cooked just right. The staff was extremely nice and helpful especially when I asked if they accepted Apple Pay, which they do. The prices are reasonable. If I am in the area again, I will definitely call in my order as they were pretty busy even for a Monday night. read more

Ordered a 12" sausage, bacon, and fresh mushroom pizza. The pizza crust was light and airy. I also ordered the salad bar. The salad was crisp and there was a goid selection of toppings. Both were very, very good. It's a mom and pop shop, so it's not fancy at all. But the meal was excellent! read more

We ordered our food to go, Hubby ordered personal size pizza with Canadian bacon pepperoni and Pineapple. He said the pizza was on the chewy side, and not so cheesy but ok. I ordered bbq wings and they were ok. Not the worst but not the best. Did not have much sauce on them. But overall enjoyed the food. read more

We really enjoyed the pizza. Now the pizza isn't going to blow you away but for Kanab this is the spot. If you want some decent food at a decent price just skip the other stuff in the area and come here. Stayed in Kanab for a few days and the food scene is definitely leaving something to be desired. But it was nice to have a good little pizza spot that was actually open and well priced. The people serving us were super nice and we enjoyed the experience. Anyone who doesn't put 4 stars needs to shut the hell up. (Kindly) Nowhere else are you going to find better pizza for cheaper. I spent 20 dollars at Dominoes and I feel like Oliver Twist coming up to the counter "sir can I please have some more" Here, I'm gonna have leftovers and you KNOW I'm hitting that in the morning as well. The crust is flakey, the vibes in the restaurant are super fire, and they have a ton of support for the local high school. If you like pizza, come here. read more

We decided to have a very casual dinner tonight! So we got pizza from this family owned place! It really was pretty good, the crust was chewy, the way I like it! We had a 16" (large) with sausage and another one with sausage and mushrooms! The sausage is a little different than I had expected! The salad that we ordered was ok, and they put the dressing inside the container, which gave us less greens! We also had the 12 piece chicken wings (hot), this was very tasty, I definitely will order this again! read more

Adrian Helped me with my to go order. When I wasn't sure if we would like the chicken ranch pizza she gave me a piece off the buffet. I ordered a 14" pizza: 1/2 chicken ranch 1/2 chicken with red sauce. She made a mistake making two 12" pizzas, but gave it to me for same price. WOW, right. She could have just put it on buffet & had me wait a little longer. We were staying in an RV & just got back from a long hike or we would have done the buffet. It looked great. This place is a real pizza place NOT the Pizza Hut crap down the street. 2 state police officers stopped in while I was there to eat, that says a lot to me. read more
