We ordered delivery to our RV. Speedy delivery, within 30 minutes. Hot and tasty! At Pizza Hut you really need to stick to the thin and crispy crust. It is consistently good across the nation and Pizza Hut Kanab did not disappoint! Thanks! read more

Ordered carry out. Placed the order at 8:34 , their website said it was ready by 8:49 , order was still not ready by 9:32 and when I called they were super unhelpful saying that it was another hour and hour and half for the order , and finally the order was ready at 10 . I understand being backlogged in the kitchen but why mark the order ready on the site and app if you are backlogged.? read more

This Pizza Hut location is horrible! We stopped in late one night on our way to Lake Powell for a simple medium sized pizza. The man taking our order offered us a deal which was more food than what we wanted, but stated that it was a better price. When it came time to pay, the price went up from our original choice. We haggled a bit, and he had to redo the order. This is definitely a 'bait and switch' operation in my opinion. The other alarming issue was he told us that he couldn't take our money(we paid in cash) at the register he rang us up on, so we moved to another register which he didn't use to ring us up. He took the cash with no receipt given which leads me to think he just pocketed it. Lastly, the pizza took 30-45 minutes to come out even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten! It had no flavor with the consistency of cardboard. When we asked for red peppers and Parmesan cheese, they told us that we have to buy them for $1 each. Really?! Have you ever heard of a pizza restaurant that makes you pay for peppers and Parmesan cheese?! What a scam! Do yourself a favor and opt to eat elsewhere even though Kanab is a small town. read more

I called for a carry out pizza. I ordered 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 sausage large hand tossed. I picked it up to find they don't offer napkins, Parmesan or crushed red peppers. I could buy these. I asked if they had shakers for the restaurant and was told no. The final straw was when I saw a large 3 topping pizza was $11.99 per the flyer on the box. I paid almost $23. This was my last trip to any Pizza Hut. It's no surprise that I was the only customer in the store at 6pm. read more

My husband and grandkids are staying in kanab and tried to order food to the room my husband was hung up on told to F-off . Once stating that he spoke too loud. And multiple just hang ups and had the phone slammed down on him he called 9 different times to finally get someone to take his order and when the food arrived it took forever and tasted like absolute trash worst service ever would never recommend or return read more

the service was not good. we went to pick up our pizzas, and we wanted to buy extra pepper and garlic dip, but their tap to pay system wasn't working and they made us stand there for 2-3 minutes waiting so that we could pay $2 for the condiments. AND they forgot our pesto sauce and we only noticed when we went back to our hotel room, so we had to go back to add it read more

Fast and easy to grab on the road. Brian was so kind and even called when we left with out some of our order to make sure we got it!!

The Kanab Pizza Hut -- the APEX of incompetence. I'll try and make it short, but it will certainly not be sweet: We ordered a "Thin 'n Crispy" Veggie Pizza online for drive through pick up (gave a 20% gratuity). Waited for Pizza Hut's online web counter to count down to zero. Went to pick up pizza. Waited in the Pick-up lane. Got to the Pick-up window. Took them five minutes to even FIND my online order, of which they hadn't even BEGUN to make. No "sorry", and no explanation given at all. I began to get a little annoyed. Then they told me to wait out front and they'd bring out the pizza in "five minutes." I waited for twenty minutes out front, getting further annoyed. No one came out, so I went in. I asked for my pizza. It was in the re-heater. It had been finished, who knows when, but they just didn't bother to take it outside to my truck to give it to me. No apologies, no explanation, just confused looks. I got REALLY mad. I left, never to return ever again. (Review of the actual pizza: The "Veggie Lover's Thin 'n Crispy Pizza" was, technically, a "pizza". And it was thin, and it had veggies on it, but it was soggy and FAR from "crispy." I couldn't eat it as it completely offended my taste buds, but my wife thought that it was "edible." However, I thought it to be a complete mockery of a real pizza.) I can accept a LOT of incompetence sent my way, but what I can't accept is the "we don't give a DAMN about our customers" attitude, which is apparently pervasive at the Kanab Pizza Hut. read more

We live in AZ and were visiting Kanab as a hub for daytime excursions. My husband had a craving for pizza.... This restaurant is one you walk into and sense immediately that it's filthy. But you hope for the best because, hey, it's Pizza Hut! And maybe the kitchen is cleaner than the lobby.... We hopefully placed our order and took a seat. Twenty minutes later I proceeded to the counter to ask about our order. The man sitting behind the cash register asked the chef about our order, to which she replied "just a minute." Five minutes later he asked again, since I remained standing in front of him, and got the same response. A few minutes later I pointed out to the guy that people who ordered after we did were half-finished with their dinner, so once again he asked the cooks. A different guy went looking and found our lukewarm pizza, which had been sitting there on the counter in the kitchen. My husband said let's just get out of here--and he had pizza, but what a disappointment!!! These employees knew little or cared not about pride in their work, conscientiousness, initiative, quality or standards. Shame on them! read more

So, driving in from Texas through town we decided to stop by and enjoy our favorite past time. A little in dining fresh pizza hut. To my despair, 2 of the female employees came in and out of the ladies room and I go in right after the last girl. Low and behold, the bathroom sink is completely dry. They're handling our food and I'm completely disgusted. Lost my appetite completely. I'm amazed and didn't realize this until I went in. Clearly the sign in the restroom states ALL EMPLOYEES WASH HANDS AFTER USING RESTROOM AND BEFORE HANDLING FOOD. Sink is completely dry. I'm just disgusted. read more

Service was absolutely horrible, me and my family order a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza. The worker that took our order was extremely rude. we waited 30 minutes and they hadn't even started to make the order when we camr back to pick it up, and thry didn't even have our name or correct order when we did. genuinely worst service I have ever had anywhere. read more

Terrible pizza. Worst Pizza Hut ever They forgot to put marinara sauce or they just apply sauce at the edge. The pizza did not taste at all. It was dry and tested like bread with cheese. Customer service was ok. Pizza was ready in 12 min and drive thru pick up is great Unfortunately, 15 bucks wasted. This Pizza was really inedible. Next time I would try lotsa motsa pizza which is around the corner. read more

Pizza and crust are always good. Reliably good. It was ready when I got there and well, it felt like Pizza Hut! Comfort pizza!!

Yikes. Stay away. The food is absolutely terrible and so is the service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a meal.

horrible cleanliness, breadsticks were the worst I've ever had. pizza was below mid. service was fine

Should have read Google reviews, which are universally awful for this branch. Ordered a four topping pizza online using reward points ( which are earned for volume business). Discovered a one topping pizza when arrived home. They would offer only a refund for the ingredients I paid extra for. Otherwise their customer service motto: it sucks to be you. Went in today to see if any resolution might be reached that's fair: the manager could truly have cared less. read more

Probably won't go back to my local pizza hut. A huge thanks to Justin and crew. Late last night was looking for a place to get some dinner and was very lucky to come across Justin. I really appreciate him staying a little longer and making this happen. Thank you again read more

The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We ordered one pizza, 18 wings, and two pastas for dine-in. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. When it was brought out, we did not receive any plates, utensils, napkins, or the waters we requested. My husband went up to wait for our waters, then had to go back again to ask for plates and napkins, then on the third round going up we discovered they had no utensils available to eat our pasta with. The man in the back was exceptionally rude. By the time we left, they were on a two hour wait and the man in the back kept shouting. read more

Sounds weird for me to post such glowing reviews about a Pizza Hut it this one gets it. I was in this town from out of state and had such a good experience that me and my group decided to order from here again. These people know how to make pizza, wings and cheese bread. Spectacular a year later. The service was a cut above the rest for the second straight year. Keep up the good work read more

If I could say negative stars I would, I am on vacation at my daughters house we decided to do a quick delivery from pizza hut, put the order in at 5:30 spent 90 dollars we were told to 25 minutes after an hour my daughter called again to be told the order was out for delivery, our location is 1/2 mile from the store. After 45 minutes passed she again called to be told the order was delivered, still no food just 3 hungry grandchildren when she talked to the general manager Melinda, she was informed " they had 20 pizzas to make" our order was made to be unimportant and then we got I will just refund the money and slammed the phone down. I would recommend if you're in kanab and want pizza don't use pizza hut. read more

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. After a long day of driving, we placed an order for carry out. A simple order, just some wings and a small pizza. I got there when the email said the order would be ready and then had to wait for 10 minutes before they bothered to come to the front. It wasn't busy, I was the only person in there. After 10 minutes, they finally come to the front and tell me they gave our order to someone else and that now we would need to wait another 15 minutes or they could refund us. No amends for making me wait an extra 30 minutes from when the food was supposed to be ready. It really shouldn't be this hard. read more

The pizza is just like any other Pizza Hut, but the service is lacking for sure. I've had pizza not show up because my order was lost. I've had portions of my order missing. I've had cold pizza delivered. If you dine in, service is not any better. You usually will not get acknowledged, even though they gave a sign that says "wait here to be seated", you will wait forever, so you just need to walk up to the take out counter to be seated. I do still eat Pizza Hut from time to time because they are the only place that will deliver in Kanab. I've heard they have changed management a few times. The last few deliveries have been spot on, so I'm hoping things are looking better. read more

First and foremost, I would like to commend the Christmas Eve staff! They were great! We walked in around 6:30pm and it was so busy. There were orders needed to be taken, all sorts of food in the making, and seating and cleaning up tables. We tried three other restaurants before and although they had seats, they said food and service would not be available for 30-45 minutes. We waited a few minutes before our order was taken and then sat down. We thought with all the customers that we would have to wait 30 minutes for our pizza as well but surprisingly, it came out quickly after 20ish minutes! All the staff was so hospitable and although they were busy and unstaffed, they stepped up and allowed us to have a pleasant Christmas Eve dinner! Thank you Seth, Eric, Dawson! read more

Great tasting pizza!! usually eat Dominos or a store bought pizza, but I could really taste the difference with a Pizza Hut pizza!

Terrible service, we walked out after 30 minutes. Another group of 5 did too, said they'd ordered but then after an hour still no food came. But I don't blame the poor workers; this was clearly a management problem. Workers need training on how to balance web orders and in person customers. The workers had no idea, and just mostly ignored the in person customers. One girl working there looked like she was going to start crying. The waiter (only one) had no sequence, just frazzled. They would shout at people waiting to be seated "our kitchen is backed up an hour". Manager, please train your employees. I manage a busy business too. The kids are young and need guidance. Teach them how to prioritize. And if you need to close the dining room to new customers due to being backed up, just do that. That's better than the chaos and lack of service we saw tonight. read more

We actually got up and walked out. The place has no prices on the menu. It's not that expensive of a place. I figure what type of business can't print the menu with prices on it I was with my family and they were five of us. The salad bar was not being used. The place was clean and the waitress was way unhappy that we got up and left. read more

Very rude I should have looked at the reviews first cause these people didn't deserve my money ... no customer service... no napkins ..

The pizza and service here were both great! We enjoyed our three large pizzas that came out hot and fresh in pretty good time! Now I will agree with the other reviews that the bathrooms and salad bar are pretty dang bad, but that's not really what you're coming to Pizza Hut for in the first place. As long as you're not looking for a salad, this Pizza Hut is a good pick. Also, the waitress, Sam, was hilarious and added a lot of great personality to our visit. read more

Here for a weekend trip and didn't know most restaurants are closed on Sundays. Please avoid what my husband and I did, call Pizza Hut. It ain't gonna happen. You got three 17 year olds working there and 30 people waiting . You're food will never be ready and you will be told "only 5 more minutes" over and over. 5 minutes becomes an hour and then you realize that Wendy's should've been the first last resort (but even Wendy sucks in this town). Don't order from here if you actually want a pizza. I placed an order on their website at 7pm, was given a two hour wait, tried to call and cancel, then no one answered. I decided to wait and received notification of pending delivery, yet no pizza arrived. I called and Kristin answered and told me it should be there within ten minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and when there was no update I asked for a refund. I was asked if I was a local. When I said no I was put on hold for ten minutes. I called back and they had no idea what I had ordered or how I could receive a refund without giving them my credit card number again. And I still had no pizza. Good luck everyone! read more

We are passing through Kanab for the night and staying at the Quality Inn next door. I ordered our pizzas via the app and it said 20 min so perfect! We popped in and found out our pizzas would be a little longer. The app completely messed them up and it said 20 min but that was not the correct time for a busy Friday night. I wish I got the name of the lady at the front but she was super nice even though I can tell she was rushing trying to get all the orders completed with her team. Kanab is a small busy town with a bunch of hotel/motels so on a Friday night they were busting their butts and our pizzas were still amazing. Thanks! read more

The food was about what you'd expect from Pizza Hut. Pizza was pretty good, made great leftovers the next day. The food came out at a relatively moderate time. The service was strange though. Dirty tables behind us weren't cleaned the entire time we were there. Our table was dirty until the server used a very wet cloth to wipe it down with water, leaving us with a soaking wet table we had to dry ourselves with napkins. We didn't get silverware until we asked, and didn't get straws at all, which was not great since the cups looked kinda gross. The whole time there were multiple people milling about outside the window where our table was, looking like they lived in their beat up cars. Oh, and when we entered, the cashier and server were standing at the register counting money and as we stood there silently she exasperatedly said "wait just a minute". So that was great... read more
