I only saw one cook in the back, but there may have been someone else. The food was remarkably very good. Also, this is Utah, so expect the 'third degree' and a caution to not take your beer outside should you choose to have a beer with your dinner. They ID everyone if you order a beer. You have to do your own bussing, and be prepared to sit down at a table that has not been wiped down. They need a larger staff in my view.
