Fries were fair, good portions and flavorful. I liked the noodles but weren't blown away. Everything was very soft, not a lot of textural change. The portion was generous with lots of bulgogi beef. The service was great--friendly and responsive. They have a small lot which was fine at 530pm on Sunday but probably problematic at lunch or normal dinner hours. My one complain was dirty dining room. Maybe it was just after the lunch rush, but the tables and floor could have used some wiping and the trash cans were full. Instead of simply asking for clarification, the cashier responded in a way that felt unprofessional and dismissive. She laughed, repeatedly stared at me, and shook her head while staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed over what was a very minor mistake. Additionally, I noticed another employee who was adding toppings had her hair hanging down over the food and it was not pulled back or secured. This raised a food safety concern for me and added to my overall discomfort during the visit. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should be treated with basic courtesy, and food handling standards should be consistently followed. This experience was disappointing and not what I've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed. I usually enjoy your food and service and hope this was an isolated incident.

The staff here is always incredibly friendly and takes the time to prepare your sandwich exactly as you want it, no matter how busy they are (and they always have people in there). I've had a variety of sandwiches here with no complaints, but I think their BLT is damn near perfect; it's got plenty of bacon and is one of the best BLTs I've ever had (get it Mike's Way with some cherry pepper relish, you won't regret it). An excellent sandwich experience that I can't get enough of!
