The sandwich also had a sweetness from the honey vinegar cayanne sauce with just a bit of heat too. The potato salad was delightful, now sweet but really good flavor and had hard boiled eggs in it, you don't get that very often any more, and the slaw was a bit sweet and tart with the pickled onions and pickled jalapeños, and some added crunch from sunflower seeds. It was a bit pricy, but the food was fantastic... Worth the price and worth the wait. Monster portions, we took the left overs home and get to enjoy it again tonight.
