Love the ladies at my subway next to wherei work! Always so nice and fast! Thank you!

This is a review about Subway as a corporation, not this location specifically. But the location feels like any other Subway. It's a bit small inside, but you can make it work. The bathroom is giving liminal space, but it's not terrible. After all, I'm a Goblin, I've seen some shit. As a hungry goblin, a lot of my hard earned coins are spent on food. Quality, portion, and freshness all matter when lunch can be 2 hours of labor. And Goblin labor is tireless and thankless. There is a point, hopefully soon where we have to put our foots down as consumers and simply reject slop. We are losing a war of convenience. I recently tried a 4.99 "Baja chicken protein pocket". The kind sandwich assembler put two diced jalapeños in the entire pocket. Two. She sprinkled 7 calories of shredded cheese. The chicken portion was fine, but I've noticed that I am often getting 1/4 of a cup of lettuce, or 3 tomatoes cut 4 nanometers thin. The tomatoes often look drained of color and weak. But, they seem happy to put half a cup of mayonnaise on my bread sandwich. When a significant portion of a footlong sandwich is bread, mayonnaise, lettuce dregs, tortured tomatoes, and two jalapeños, where are my nutrients really coming from? Given the great grift that has befallen the United States operating manual, spend a similar amount of money at Jersey Mikes and enjoy your meal. read more

The app and this store don't work together. I had two confirmed (confirmation in my email) and then cancelled orders on the app. So if you have any discounts etc on the app it will apply and then not apply?? Weird! Oh btw After 8pm this store doesn't take orders on the app even if it's open. The girl (not lady) was close to don't care. So I reordered from the app to the Renton's subway and all was well. Plus the one in Renton was cheaper! Which I didn't know and surprised me. So yea for Renton and boo for Newcastle subway. I mean cheaper and no issues then for sure Renton is my go to for subway from now on. read more

I ordered from here at 0715 for 0730 pick up! The order shifted the pick up time to 1000. I called there at 0951 to see if I could either move the time to right now or later due to my demand of work. The worker that answered had a strong accent and was very rude with not trying to understand me. I then received a call from them after the pick up time I was initially calling to change; I asked for the manager and they were rude and wanted to argue instead about the time instead of answering a simple question of rather my order would be cancelled and if I would receive a refund or not. If you are dreaming of subway sandwich, this is NOT the place to go to. Try ordering online, it did not work, So I walk in the store and order through a young snobbish most unfriendly lady I ever met in my life. Completely unabhased, proud of delivering such soddy services. I paid full price for footlong $12.39, and 6" $8.69. There's like 2 piece of Oven Roasted Turkey Meat on it with layers of shredded lettuce. Sandwich was soggy. I asked for the 6" to be cut into halves and wrapped as we were going on picnic in the park for 2 young childrens, the server completely refused to do that. Left that empty subway shop feeling I had stepped into the wrong subway store, which I did. My comments to corporate receives almost an instant overnight response from the owner, Pritpal Ahluwalia with this comments " You are welcome to take your business elsewhere ", I guess that's what I will do read more

Subway's really good, love the subs. Fresh and fast, but sometimes a little messy. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that, depending on the location, the quality and consistency can vary a little. Sometimes certain toppings are low or not as fresh later in the day. This is the saddest subway i've ever been to. We ordered pretty late at night because nothing else was really open. Ordered one foot long and one six inch double turkey and double cheese for both. We get there well after the promised time it would be ready and only one six inch was made and the guy couldn't understand what we were saying and made two more 6 inches and all of them ended up being the same exact sandwich instead of two different ones. When i got home and took them out of the bag before i unwrapped them i had thought he accidentally used flatbread for all of them because that's how FLAT and SMALL all of the sandwiches were. It looked as if someone had flattened and punched the sandwich.... Also did not get double meat double cheese for any of them. Barely had any toppings in them. I have seriously never been so disappointed since Subway is very consistent and hasn't ever let me down before. read more

Honestly this subway restaurant is the most saddest and unhappiest ones I've been too whenever I decide on craving a nice sub that's in most people's mind is going to fill them or at least to a point you'll make it for a snack. But instead I literally got the skinniest and smallest 6" sub, and it literally looks like someone was just throwing things on it carelessly which is exactly what happened...because there's this young girl that works there and I guess she was training someone to make sandwiches but was just staring at me instead and not even coaching this kid that's working there. Honestly if anyone is looking for a good decent meal to eat before real lunch/dinner...I wouldn't recommend this spot because they it's really a rip off to pay for a meal and literally your sub is like a 2-3 biter and it's sloppy and skimpy! DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND MAYBE A DIFFERENT SUBWAY EVEN IF ITS A FURTHER DRIVE OR JUST MAYBE JERSEY MIKES ACROSS THE STREET AND ITLL BE WAYYY BETTER! Plus the workers there will literally make a sub look like a sub and make you feel at home by greeting you upon entry!. And Jersey mikes ambiance appearance is in matched compared to this subway. It's alright. Cost $45 for one salad, 2 footlongs (one a combo) and a 6 inch. The prices have definitely gone up in past years but that's the case everywhere. Our order was accurate and tasty. The soda machine was out of Dr Pepper and was incredibly noisy. Add that to the music and it made for an overstimulating experience. Restroom was pretty gross with no mirror but the employees seemed happy. read more

Wow as a person wow comes to Bellevue( Newcastle is consider Bellevue to me) often you expect a type of service due to the extremely lavish life style the show. I couldn't believe my experience here at this subway.. I have an eating disorder and expect things to be made a certain way. Crazy part I don't even ask for too much. If anything they should be grateful I'm not wasting their fresh produce......... anyway. I came her three times. First experience was so beautiful I came back. Everything was ok but I could tell the man was a bit frustrated with my pickiness so I was extraa like extra nice. U would've thought I was being paid like some undercover boss. When it came to check out I noticed the price was a feel dollars more I asked him why the older man said "oh idk they must've changed the price", remind u he owns the store. I just went w it bc of my eating disorder. Now today.. this lady helps me. Everything is ok, but then we get to the topping. I'm clearly telling the 3 pieces of this n that. I guess she get annoyed bc we get to the onions and she just grabs a handfulll. I had politely spoke up n then she started mocking how i would say thank you.. um ok.. we get to check out I not the price isn't as high as the guy charged me but higher than the first time. I asked to see how she would answer it, mind I the old man popped up to help another customer when she started doing my toppings. She tried to say the price is higher Bc if the meat but the 12" turkey sub has always been 9.99 plus chips ($11...) they ended "not wanting my money". Everyday they offer one of their delicious footlong subs on your choice of breads and cheese toasted or not covered with your choice of fresh veggies and condiments and do it all for $6...yup you da boss! Thursday is my special day featuring their Italian B.M.T my favorite sub forever at my favorite Subway. Since their B.M.T came out I have ordered it many times trying to recreate the hogie the I ate at my neighborhood hogie shop in Wayne PA (suburb of Philly) in 1966 the year that I owned every single baseball card printed. No, I don't still have them Two days ago I went back to the simple basics when I ordered my B.M.T. on white bread not toasted with yellow cheese with lettuce tomato pickle and onion oil and vinegar sprinkled with oregano...no mas. Eureka I found it! Wooshed back in time to Philly Sandy Koufax and Don Drysdale I thoroughlly enjoyed my "hogie". My trip back in time was cut short by the customer behind me. He had ordered a Meatball Marinara footlong when the nice lady that built my delicious childhood sub hogie grinder apologized and said that there were not enough meatballs left to make his after the lunch rush. The manager quickly verified that there were only two and seemingly eager to please asked if he would like another choice...seemed pretty normal to me...she tried. Then Mr. Meatball huffed and puffed and said tersely "I'll just have to go someplace else for lunch" stormed out and headed across the parking lot on his quest. Folks there are much bigger concerns in our lives and only a few really important ones at that (a friend explained to me years ago over KFC extra crisp chicken). I would not want to meet Meatball man at 37,000 feet if they have already sold out of teriyaki chicken he wanted or Ruth Chris if the had just 86'd the bacon wrapped filet mignon that evening. The kind ladies at Subway had really tried to give good customer service (misnomer nowadays) however there are always people that lock up puff up and give up. He might have even gotten a complimentary chocolate chip cookie had he been nice polite and somewhat flexible. this subway is terrible. the prices have increased. the quality has decreased. we live very close to it and we received coupons in the mail . but guess what! they don't accept any coupons. they don't accept any of the advertised deals! we spent a decent amount of time on the app customizing our sandwiches only to find out... we can't get the deals on the app that were advertised to us and we can't use the coupons that we received. going to jersey mike instead!! it's right across the street and has great ingredients ! subway is over read more

What kind of sandwich shop doesn't offer mayonnaise??!! I ordered online for pick-up in 45 min, selecting condiments including mayonnaise, oil and vinegar. When I arrived my sandwiches were not ready. As I watched the server make them, I noticed he did not include cheese, which was added when I called out this omission. Then I also mentioned my ordered asked for mayonnaise, oil or vinegar. I asked where was the mayonnaise. He told me "these sandwiches don't come with mayonnaise." This franchise has lost my business.
