Manager charged me for cheese (not extra cheese) for a footlong ham sandwich. Subway sandwiches all come with the option of cheese and I understand extra cheese is a up charge. This manager tried to explain to me that I needed to order a ham and cheese sandwich so I asked her where it was on the menu and she was at a loss for words. Employees didn't provide adequate service. I had 3 different people making my order. They appeared to be juggling customers in the building and online orders. No one had a clear position. Chaos. One employee said he had no idea if they had to go condiments and never asked his peers. To go sandwiches. So, I didn't get any. He proceeded to announce other things he had no idea about either. Do these employees get training? Evaluated at the end of training? The food/ ingredients were not fresh at all! Brown lettuce, mushy cucumbers, mushy olives, different vegis in with each other, stale bread that's falling apart into dust. Made me doubt that any freshness process was being followed. I don't regularly eat at subway but had a very good experience at this one. I recently moved to the area and while my movers were unloading the truck I went to Murray to get lunch for everyone. At the very last minute I called this subway and ordered a huge order of sandwiches. The nice lady on the phone kindly took my order and by the time I arrived at the restaurant, the food was almost ready and we'll prepared. All the sandwiches were fresh and tasty. I'll definitely give them business again and would recommend this store to anyone needing to feed a large group of people. read more

We order four sandwiches for pick up and a pizza. All four were not toasted as ordered. One was on the wrong bread. One was missing 2 topping sauces and two vegetables ordered. The one pizza we ordered had all the cheese smashed on the lid of the box and it was stuck. Definitely will choose to make my own subs at home instead of paying $40 for everything ordered to have at least one mistake. read more

I put in an order for 5 platters at 8:30/9 AM and needed to pick them up by 11:30. That's about 3 hours to make all of the sandwiches. There were 55 people depending on me for lunch. The line was VERY long, the platter isn't done, and they were VERY under-staffed. It isn't their fault that they're under staffed, and they assured me the order would be done soon. Would you like to have a Subway sandwich from this location? If so, the lovely Ms. Jones suggests you place your order two days in advance because this place is slower than molasses. This is a 100% true story: On Thursday May 11, 2023, Ms. Jones and her Rock Star husband drove from their beautiful country home to get a Subway at this establishment. We arrived at approximately 3:10 pm--there was only one other customer in front of us and he was waiting to place his order. There were THREE employees there at this point. Velvet Jones watched in absolute amazement how PAINFULLY slow one young man was making a flatbread sandwich of some kind. Literally, it was like he was moving in slow motion. A few minutes into standing behind the only customer in the establishment besides us, a young lady finally attended to this poor fellow and started his sandwich order. Ms. Jones would also like to note that no one acknowledged us when we walked in--no "Hello, welcome to Subway," in fact, no one made eye contact. Sigh. That aside, there was a third young fellow behind the counter who was doing absolutely NOTHING. So to recap: We had the one young man who was making a flatbread sandwich in very slow motion, a young female who took her sweet time attending to the one customer ahead of us, and the other young fellow behind the counter doing zip, zero, zilch. The customer in front of us ordered two sandwiches. It took the young lady SO LONG to work her way through one of his sandwiches, we had already stood in line close to ten minutes. At this point, an older woman who was an employee showed up behind the counter (a manager perhaps?). She didn't make eye contact with us or the other customer, briefly spoke to the young woman making sandwiches and disappeared. Remember when Subway used to be fast???? The lovely Ms. Jones does too. What happened???? After twelve minutes without even getting to us in line, Ms. Jones and Mr. Rock Star decided to leave without ordering. Why on earth would we pay some crazy inflated price for a sandwich and wait literally over 20 minutes to get it when the place WAS NOT BUSY. To add insult to injury, on the glass in front of the ingredients is a sign taped to the window that says something to the effect of "due to the high price of products THIS location does not accept any Subway coupons." WHO owns this franchise and WHY don't they demand more from their employees? What is interesting to note is that we went to a near by drive thru, ordered our two meals and as we were driving past this subway (a good 10 minutes later), we saw the customer who was in front of us at Subway JUST LEAVING--it took them THAT LONG to make two sandwiches for that poor chap. We will NEVER eat at this Subway again. Went in today for the first time in months! The girl who took are order had an attitude as soon as I asked her to give me a second to look at the menu. Not to mention when I asked which sub was what cause I had multiple she said I don't know. The manager checking us out had no better attitude. When I got home to eat my sandwich the teriyaki chicken was slimy and watery as if it was leftovers for days! As soon as I took a bite I immediately got sick. My friends sandwich was exact same way and the meatball sub he orders the meatballs were ice cold and he asked for it toasted! Never ever ever going back! My friend tried to call but never an answer! Had a HORRIBLE experience at Subway. First, I couldn't go in the store because they don't know how to hire enough staff to service the restaurant. I had to use the freaking app. Second of all I use the app and then it says call us when you're here tried to call five times could not get through. I went in there and asked what the number was it so I could call them because I had to pick up order nobody in the store knew the phone number. They said they were finishing up my order and would bring it out when they were done. I sat out in the car and waited for another 10+ minutes and it never came out. I went into the store to ask for a refund and they called the manager Hannah. I told her I wanted a refund and explain the situation. She responded saying the food is right here. I told her I didn't want the food at this point. I wanted a refund because the situation was getting ridiculous. She said you don't have to yell at me to which I responded that I was not yelling and then she decided to get smart with me and inform me that I was yelling with a smart-ass attitude. I then said no, im not, and then yelled "but I can yell." She then got smart again saying "and I don't have to give you a refund." I told her that I would be reporting it to corporate and she said "go right ahead." I asked for her name to wich the pointed at her name tag on her hat (with her middle finger).Her attitude and customer service was atrocious. We thought it was great that we could order, pay ahead, and pick up our order. We had a bad experience a few years ago so hadn't been back. So we got home with our sandwiches and were so disappointed. We couldn't even tell which sandwich was which because of lack of meat. This is your standard subway restaurant. Not anything to put it above and beyond. Service was good and food was fresh. Cleanliness was good in the restaurant. Parking is adequate unless it's lunch time. The restaurant was a little chilly even for a hot day. Overall a solid choice for lunch. read more
