I've eaten here so often, they don't even bring me a menu anymore! I always get the "Four Taco Special" with flour tortillas. It's really only $6.50 and there's 6-8 different meats to choose from. I stick with Azada (steak) and Carnitas (pork) ... two of each. The rojo and verde sauces are the perfect amount of heat and flavor. We were charged $70! I called back to make sure we were given the correct order and the guy on the phone went over the items we ordered and their prices, including $10 for a side of grilled chicken, almost as much as a whole meal item. The person picking our food up then informed me that they were joking with him at checkout saying "look around, it's dead in here, that'll be $400, Christmas pricing hahaha" so very obviously had up-charged everything. Won't be going back here, unfortunately. The food was good, but not ok with supporting a business that is price-gouging just because they're slow for a holiday.

The Willow Bistro immediately caught my eye, so I didn't think twice. The menu had American, Thai, Ethiopian, Mexican, and Mediterranean inspired dishes. There's something for everyone, and you truly can get a taste of the world here. I love an extensive and global menu. But beyond that, I love amazing food. The food at The Willow Bistro is amazing. Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen, which should come as no surprise once you dig in. Everything we had was homey, flavorful, and clearly made with love and intention. Pro tip: do not skip the fruit curry. What a smooth, unique, and flavorsome blend of sweet and savory. I loved everything that was on our table, but this dish was the most memorable. The service? Also phenomenal. Our server was so kind, patient, hospitable, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She was a gem. The setup is also charming, clean, cozy, and welcoming. Everything about The Willow Bistro deserves 5/5 stars. If I'm ever passing through Murray again, The Willow Bistro will be my first stop.
