Well, they use doordash to make their deliveries. The driver showed up to pick up the order and they were rude to him and tried to send him away. She would NOT listen to me and even hung up on me telling me it wasn't her problem and kept insisting I take it up with Doordash. There was no genuine apology, no effort to make it right... no taking ownership of the mistake... she hadn't even bothered to look at anything but Doordash orders and clearly didn't want to be bothered to look for anything else....
