Well, they use doordash to make their deliveries. The driver showed up to pick up the order and they were rude to him and tried to send him away. I had to call them, they kept trying to tell me they never got my order and I needed to take it up with Doordash it wasn't her problem. (I didn't order through Doordash.) She would NOT listen to me and even hung up on me telling me it wasn't her problem and kept insisting I take it up with Doordash. I was trying to figure out how to dispute the charge at this point because I had nothing to do with doordash when I ordered, but she wouldn't listen. I called back and the same lady, still being rude (this was at 3:15 in the afternoon when I ordered... no way were they busy) finally admitted they found my order... but it was my fault for telling her it was a Doordash order... (um nooo I tried to say it wasn't... doordash... repeatedly...) There was no genuine apology, no effort to make it right... no taking ownership of the mistake... she hadn't even bothered to look at anything but Doordash orders and clearly didn't want to be bothered to look for anything else.... When the order finally did arrive one frazzled delivery driver and I later, the burrito I ordered had absolutely no meat in it at all, afew veggies and stuffed with rice. I use to love this place. But I doubt I will be ordering from them again any time soon.
