Definitely one of my favorite fast foods in Murray. Service is always quality and I've never gotten an order wrong on curbside, which is great since I used to have to travel for work a lot so always having my order ready when I arrive and check in is great. Inside dinning wise, great atmosphere and clean, staff will sometimes even talk to you which makes it feel a bit more lively than it already is. 4.5 Stars. We still eat here a LOT, this is the go to still for the family. Since Alpha Gal came into my life I can't eat burgers anymore so I'm ordering chicken and fish sandwiches. The chicken has always been good, but sometimes the fish sandwich includes a bun and minnow that doesn't even come close to filling the bun out. This is a gem in Murray. This was our first visit and it was such a pleasure. The restaurant was very clean and had lots of help on the counter and throughout. The spicy chicken sandwich was crispy and hot inside. It had just enough spice to bring a modest sweat drop. The regular chicken sandwich was equally tasty. My grandson said the Mac and cheese was bussin no cap. (It was wonderful no lie). I will definitely go back for the food and custards. Thanks Bobby for the restaurant history it was very interesting. Cost a little more than other fast food but well worth the price. Quality is always A-1. My favorite burger place.

This is always our first stop when returning to my wife's hometown. This place makes it feel like home. Always a friendly staff and family friendly. Always very clean. Butter burgers are a stable in the Midwest and glad they have one here this far south. Tried their new pub burger today and overall, good taste, just wished the sauce had a fuller flavor. Always ask for the cheese curds. Without it - you really did not go to Culver's. Finish it off with a concrete mixer and make it your own, especially on a hot day. read more

I went there last week and they grilled the Gluten Free bun on my butterburger for me. So, yesterday the wife wanted to go have the grilled GF bun as we don't get that anywhere near where we live. So we made the 45 minute trip. Once we got there and placed our order, a very smug Garrett (crew chief) told us, "no" on the grilled bun. He said the owner told them not to grill the buns. Normally, the staff are quite nice. However, this time we were met with a smug and disrespectful Garrett who thought that he was the King of the counter. My wife is a realtor and I work in insurance and we know how to talk to people. Garrett should not be working with the public. We would like to thank Applebee's for being right next door and the fiesta Lime chicken was great that night. read more

Just after Noon, we arrived at this BUSY location on the main north-side road through town, and just northeast of the university campus. I tried the Reuben with a side of slaw, which didn't meet the "top deli" standard, but for "fast food" was pretty darn good. The ever lovely Ms. Jones and her Rock Star husband were given a surprise gift card to Culvers the other day and decided to go straight over and give this place a try. What a treat! Beautiful, big, delicious burgers with non-frozen meat and real cheese...wowsa! Not exactly heart friendly, but if you're havin' a cheat day, THIS is the place to do it! Holy smokes it was good! I'm a big Culvers fan, and the group I was with stopped in just for Ice Cream, so I can't speak to how the burgers are here. I had a turtle sundae and was not disappointed, but the rest of the group had the flavor of the day and felt that they skimped a bit on portions. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt though with only one visit. Overall I can't imagine anyone being truly disappointed here. read more

Each time that I've been to a Culver's, I've come away impressed. If you haven't been to one, you should try it! This is a Wisconsin-based fast food spot that has only begun to go nationwide in the last decade or so. If you've been to the dairy state much, you know that they're famous for the "Concrete Mixer" a type of ice cream dessert a lot like a DQ Blizzard. Culver's specializes in these, plus some great grill-type food. The burgers are good, not amazing, but I'm a big fan of the cheese curds. Way better than fries! Stick with the burgers, I've never been too impressed with the fish or chicken sandwiches. The Murray location is always clean, as fast as they can be, and super polite. It is more expensive than McDonalds or Wendys, but it's also quite a bit better. read more

We ate a late lunch here. It wasn't packed by any means, but it was sprinkled with customers. Questions were not answered very well. The food came quickly enough and we really liked our burgers, plus the fries were delish. But, I had ordered the cheese curds, rather than fries. I brought it to their attention, and they obviously hurried to try and make some for me. It was obviously hurried (even though it still took at least 5 minutes) because it wasn't melted inside...ugh. It was just kind of like a room temperature cheese stick in the middle. My son didn't finish his milk shake, which I've almost never seen. He liked it, but didn't love it. I'm gonna give it 4 stars because we liked our burgers and fries... Plus, there is barely anywhere else to eat in Murray, so based on that, this place is a TEN. Hehe read more

I recently moved to Kentucky, and Culvers was a restaurant I had not heard of before so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did! Culvers is a great alternative to other fast food places in the area. I regularly order the butter burger which is excellent for a fast food restaurant. The staff is friendly and the restaurant clean. Their food does cost a little more than other area fast food restaurants, but the food is much better. I will be returning to Culvers again in the future. read more

One of our favorite places to go. The chicken sandwiches are meh but their chicken tenders are amazing, as are the burgers & tenderloin sandwiches. On cold days I highly recommend grilled cheese & chili basket haven't had their soups much but what I have tasted they're very good. Yes they're bit higher but quality & service is vastly better than even most sit down places so you get what you pay for. It's frozen custard which is more like gelato than ice cream which makes it better in my opinion. Bottomline food is ALWAYS hot & fresh, the employees are ALWAYS super friendly & unlike 99% of restaurants you actually see the same faces every time, & it's pretty universal no matter what location you go to which speaks volumes about it's corporate culture & how they value their employees as much as their customers. Culvers always sells good food, but the prices border on the outrageous. I go there whenever I feel like eating an expensive lunch. One of my favorites is their lemon ice. They only sell it in the summer, but I would buy it year round if I could. read more
