Placed and paid for an order at 6:15pm, Subway mobile app said that my order was complete and made, so I walk inside at 6:30pm only to find that my order hasn't even started yet. I did not receive my order until 6:55pm. Very understaffed, as there was only one worker inside the entire shop while there were a bunch of customers. I'm very unhappy with having to wait almost 25 minutes for my order when the app literally said that my order was ready for pick up. The only reason why I didn't ask for a refund the moment the worker told me that she hasn't made my order yet was because there were a lot of customers and I did not want to cause a scene. This is my first and last time giving my money to this location. There are a lot of Subways in Merced, don't go to this one. read more

Really nice, clean and safe restaurant. Good music playing! The worker was masked and very kind! I ordered a chicken teriyaki spinach wrap with avocado, pepper jack and 2 chipotle sauces on the side. I also asked the worker to please cut it in half. I'm splitting it with my mother. That wasn't a problem! Everything looked fresh and tasty! Great service and delicious wraps! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. They only get 1 star because you have to give at least 1 star otherwise they wouldn't get even the 1. Well 2 days ago on Tuesday 10/17/2023 me and a friend went to eat at this location for our break in-between working. Well I go to pay for my food. It went through the first time, but since the cashier told me it didn't go through I had to redo the payment and then this time the receipt came out. I had a feeling to look at my account and guess what I was double charged for the same amount so when I went to shop the same cashier she had to call her manager, when she came in did what she did on the compture and showed me there was only 1 transaction even though I showed her my phone, but she didn't seem to care at all. I told her well then I'm gonna call my bank and she said go ahead, no apology or nothing, didn't care at all. I will never step foot in this location ever again especially with the rudeness of this lady manager. I wouldn't even step foot in this location even if someone was going treat me to subway at this location. So I did call my bank, they had to wait til it posted or it dropped off, well this morning guess what it posted so I called and talked to my bank to dispute the extra charge. I'm glad my bank is going to take care of this. Please please make sure if you use your card at this location that they don't try and charge you twice like they did me. Oh I also forgot to add this as well. One of the ladies did put gloves on to make the sandwich of the person before us and after she was done making that one she then was going to use the same gloves to make mine. She had used avocado from the first sandwich and I asked her do you have it on your gloves she looks and says no then proceeds to have the nerve to ask me why are you allergic to avocado I said no, but she did change her gloves. I don't care if I was allergic to it or not your supposed to be change your gloves with each customer. And one of the ladies was also late coming into work because the one that was there said her coworker hadn't even shown up yet. This was the worst subway to come to. I regret no going somewhere else like we had planned on going. But I guess lesson learned. read more

Made a quick stop here on the way to Fresno for a soccer game. Location is right off the freeway easy to get to. This is one of the cleanest Subways we've eaten at. The employee explained what went into each order before making perfect sandwiches...not over packed, not messy, and wrapped nicely! Very fresh items on the line! Great service! I went here today to get a sandwich for lunch. The store was full and there was only one young man working. I was so impressed with his service. Despite the fact that the line was long and each person ordered multiple sandwiches (some even toasted) and this young man was working alone, he made each sandwich neatly and quickly. I know he was under a lot of pressure with every person who walked in that door. But he didn't show it at all. I think he deserves a raise. And my sandwich was exactly how i wanted it and it was good! read more

Stopped by this new Subway and was so happy with it! The person working there was so inviting and welcoming so that already left such a good first impression. Vegetables were fresh and crisp, bread was freshly baked, and fresh cookies!! I definitely came at the right time. My favorite part is that the sandwich artist made a very clean sandwich.
