I let him know I was picking up an online order. He let me know they were still working on it. They decided to mop the whole floor right then blocking all walkways to the dining area and the drink fountain. Not the smartest decision. Food was good, the only reason this was two and not 1 star.

The staff greeted us as we walked in and were incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. The team member who rang us up was especially polite and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We ordered: 2 Kale Crunch Salads 12-piece Grilled Nuggets Spicy Chicken Sandwich Large Waffle Fries We grabbed a booth in the spacious dining area--plenty of seating for all group sizes, plus a play area for kids, which is a great touch. The staff brought our food right to our table, but there's also the option to order by scanning a QR code if you prefer. Everything was fresh and lived up to the hype! The location was spotless, including the bathrooms, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.
