Typically I would give 5 stars as I've never had an unpleasant experience with Panda Express. I didn't really have one today either. I'm just feeling meh about the food today. The greens were extremely undercooked. I like a little crunch and again it's usually perfect. I was so not impressed with the new brisket item. They were a bit dry and overcooked. I received a fortune cookie with no fortune lol. I'm willing to just take it as them having a bit of an off day today and try again another day. This evening I got off work late and we ended up in the drive thru at Panda Express as my husband is placing my sons order and then his order and then its my turn to order the girl says, " You can't order more than 2 bigger plates in the drive thru after 830pm any more your going to have to come in and order mind you there's cars in front of us and behind us I look at the clock in the car and say What are you talking about it 7:57pm and since when we have come thru the drive always and ordered 3 plates? We ordered from here this location this evening and found a bug in the food. This was our first and last from here. Never again.

We went to get dinner and when we came back home to enjoy our food. I open mine up and there was no chow mein it was very little and small pieces of noodles like if they had ran out of noodles. I also got the black pepper Angus steak and for an extra $1 I was given very little as if they were running out as well. Fried rice the same. My husband plate the same and he order the broccoli and beef and they only gave him 3 little pieces of beef. My daughters plate the same with the chow mein nothing but veggies and little pieces of noodles as if it was the last of it left. Very poor time management. Drive thru took a very long time. They were out of entree I ordered, out of the second entree I tried ordering, and finally had the third available. They were also out of chow mein and asked if I wanted to wait for 7 mins for it to be ready. Then they told me to wait in a parking spot up front even tho all my food was ready? We don't live far from Manor so we were excited to have Panda as an option, this location is sooooooo unpredictable with not only the store hours but with getting order correct. Last night was the last straw for us. We drove up at 7:30pm and they were closing the restaurant dinning room and told us to try drive thru quickly since they would be closing that too. I'm not sure if this location is a franchise or not but my goodness it's crazy how unpredictable this place is. Needless to say...we will not be returning. I do actually love authentic Chinese food but sometimes I want Panda, actually I want PE a lot and I love less than two miles away from here so it's usually a go to. I can't really say that anymore, now. I was eating my usual thing- orange chicken, broccoli beef, and chow mein. It tasted great... until.. the long black hair I pulled out of my mouth. It wasn't anyone in our house- I have long very blonde hair and my daughter has short brown hair. I called the manager and he was very nice- I wasn't expecting a free meal or anything else really. The staff and service here is horrible. I placed an online order and when i show up for my order the staff was stating they couldn't pull it up by my confirmation number but that i needed the list of items from my order. I sent my daughter with the confirmation # and i still ended up having to drive to the location to show my email. Then one of the staff #Liz stated I didn't have to give her attitude. If me telling you to give me my order is giving you attitude you probably shouldn't be in fast food. Worst experience I have had at a Panda express. Next time I'll make the drive to Austin. Was excited to see this place open close to home, being this type of food will be our quest for the new year coming..Although most probably would consider this the "Fast Food" style of this type of ethnic food, but I clearly have zero places to compare it to..So I can say it was good...fried rice was a bit sticky, but good never the less ...I went with a 2 entree plate..with Beijing Beef and Kung Pao chicken which both had decent flavor but they lacked the spicy spice I was looking for..but I guess for the masses they have to kept the heat to a minimal..and I'm a true hot head when it comes to heat, so my heat tolerant taste buds may have just missed it..Chicken egg roll was "all right"...no better then a frozen food type, but had to try one..Service was out standing and everyone was friendly!!..Price was decent for what I got..I managed to stuff it all into my Pie hole and all for $10...will be back to work my way thru the menu..Now just to get my wife on the band wagon.. read more

Went to this location in 9/1/2018 for lunch with my kids. As we are getting served the manager, Tiffany, makes the employee stop serving my kids food so she can get a high dollar order through. I would've been more understanding if the manager would have done her job as a customer service specialist and told us something to the effect of "sorry for the wait we'll be right with you" but she completely ignored our group could not and would not make eye contact. She was completely rude and unprofessional. So finally after almost 10 minutes of half our order sitting on the line we finally get the rest of our food. Customer service is not important here and it's bad when my kids notice and say that in order to get served you have to spend a lot. I called in to order over the phone at 9:20 pm and was told by the manager on duty that they don't take phone orders, but that the lobby was open until 10:00 pm, and the driveway would be open until 10:30 pm. I told the lady I had never used their online system before, but I figured if I wanted to be a customer I had to go with the system. After putting all the order in it was sometime about 9:30pm as I had never used it before. After figuring out the online system, and trying to submit our finished order, the website said that the location was not accepting on line orders at that time. I again called the restaurant to tell them the online system wasn't allowing orders and to once again try to order by phone. I was again told that they didn't know why the system didn't work and that they would be open until 10:30 pm and that they could not take phone orders. We then drove to the restaurant and arrived at 10:05 pm and the restaurant was closed and a car was blocking the drive through to keep other cars from being able to go to the drive up window. I called the restaurant again and was told by the manager that they closed early because a cook left. So, I tried to order by phone, via online, and in person and followed instructions from employees each time only to end up with no food after trying for nearly an hour. The person in charge said the employees were only teenagers. The young lady in charge sounded to be maybe 22 as well. What I find distasteful is the lack of respect for customers or their time. We really tried hard to get their mediocre food as there are not always good options in the area. Can anybody please get an adult to run this store and not give the customers such a runaround? read more

If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would! The manager Amy was so rude to another customer who was not happy with his food she told him basically no refund and suck it up. My husband had to wait 30 mins for his food they were out of about 90% of the entree's. We will never come back to this Panda Express the girls serving you care more about their make up than the customer the ONLY nice person was the cook Tiffany who at least smiled at us and asked what we were waiting on. I was super excited when panda came to Manor, now LORD, they need HELP. They never have food ready, the team leader is always in a bad mood, never looks up or smiles at you. I went in and ordered some plates to go, got home and one of them looked like they threw all my food in together. Called the restaurant, asked for the manager and heard her say I am busy what do they want. REALLY! I have called corporate office as well. I prefer to drive all the way to Tech Ridge Panda, they greet you with a smile and food is always ready and fresh. They have some hard working staff at the manor panda, but leadership in this place need to be re evaluated. Come on Panda, get on the ball! read more
