I wasn't greeted. I was just told the someone else would help, but wasn't told by whom. The girl at the register was just waiting on for someone to notice me. She gave absolutely no context as to why she did that. So it came across as very rude. Several minutes later a guy from the kitchen came to ask me what I needed. I let him know I was picking up an online order. He let me know they were still working on it. They decided to mop the whole floor right then blocking all walkways to the dining area and the drink fountain. Not the smartest decision. Not having a line is what drew me in....the upkeep on the building/parking lot is always clean. Im not a lunch fan, but a huge fan of their breakfast biscuits...jalapeno to be exact...it was fresh, hot and hit the spot. Whataburger be having way too many employees on a shift to be as slow as they are. This honestly has to be one of the worst locations I've visited. It's a bunch of kids and that's not always a bad thing but when they rather socialize than do the job they were hired for that's def a problem. Ordering online is an absolute waste of time because you gone still arrive and wait well beyond the 7 mins the app/site quotes. What the hell is going on at Whataburger in Manor Texas? i've been hearing about all the bad service that's been happening at the drive-through as well as the pick up counter. I went to go check myself, and I sat in the drive-through for about a half an hour. The kitchen is full of young teenagers who don't know what they're doing. I feel there's poor management and they need to get their hands around it and fast. Since I don't go to this Whataburger very often I don't have an answer. The ice maker did not work so they brought you a cup with ice from the back. We had a party of ten so the order came in at around $80. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly. Everyone enjoyed their food. So why minus one star? Glad you asked. I ordered a jalapeño cheeseburger and added three strips of bacon. When I opened my burger there was no bacon. Mrs Texas took it upfront and they added my three pieces of bacon. Y'all.... Whataburger is usually a pretty solid choice. We stopped by here on the way back from seeing Dave Chapelle in Austin. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered a Whataburger Jr with cheese and extra pickles. I got a Whataburger all they way. Not the way I ordered but i can take off what i don't want on my burger. However the bun looked like it was ancient and crumbly. And my patty was paper thin. The manager was the only one working. I usually go at this Whataburger Location every once or twice a week. Usually I wait around 5-15mins for my order and leave. Today I accidentally forgot my food and drove away. I called this location about leaving my order. The manager Matthew dealt with me and handled the situation swiftly understood the mistake and took care of it while also helping his employees. Me moving to Manor recently everything here as been friendly, busy, but everyone here is courteous. In the lobby it's usually not as busy as well as spotless too, they clean even if it's just one customer inside but in the drive through it does get hectic. Find a different Whataburger! By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger. I ordered online, stated it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Arrived at the establishment within the timeframe, sat in line for another 20. Only to be told my food had not been made by the manager. Currently have been waiting almost an hour at this point for food. I was not offered any reimbursement or voucher for the lack of time management but complained to that there had been multiple online orders tonight.
