I love Taco Bell ! How ever this location offered a bellow standard service. I ordered 50$ worth of food, in my order I included a chalupa (which was harder) and if you know chalupas they are supposed to be soft. I also ordered a luxury box which I add extra steak too (I did not get my extra steak) they had no host in the front all employees where avoid all the complain wait 15 mins for a replacement of food. After 30 minutes a kind pastor spoke with the manager and she said they "prioritize drive thru first" but they weren't tending to the front whatsoever. WORST TACO BELL IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!! I have traveled and eaten at Taco Bell all over the U. S. From Florida to California, from Texas to Minnesota, from North Carolina to Arizona. This is by far the worst one I've ever been to in 32 years! Items are NEVER prepared properly. I ordered a crunchwrap and a crunchy taco last week. The crunchwrap was hard on the outside (supposed to be soft). The crunchy taco was soggy and soft (supposed to be crunchy). Also, when they had the cheese crusted Chalupa, they burned them! Furthermore, they ran out of Mt. Dew, twice in one year!! They are owned by Pepsi; this can only happen if management doesn't really care. Do NOT go to the Manor, Tx Taco Bell location, Store No. 032068, on Highway 290. You will get cheated out of what you pay for. The staff did not give us the portion of food that we paid for. The 5 layer burrito only had 3 layers. The burrito supreme did NOT have sour cream or anything else, just a little bit of meat, which tasted burnt and was full of onions!!! At least 1 of the crunchy tacos had a TEASPOON of meat on it. Initially we were just going to accept the loss of the burrito until we saw the state of the rest of the food. So we drove back up to the store to get a refund. Instead of apologizing and refunding our money, the mgr Charles was rude & attitudinal & refused to give us a full refund bc we had thrown out 1 of the 2 burritos. He also did NOT refund us for the second container of jalapeño peppers bc they were on the taco that we returned and not in the original container. He stole our money!!! He said we'd have to dig the burrito out of the trash & bring it back 4 a refund. We had to repeatedly ask him the name of his boss and for a way to contact that person. He refused to provide the name of the franchise owner -- information that should always be posted for ppl to see in case they need to contact them for issues like this. He refused to give us a copy of the refund receipt for our records so that we could make sure the correct amount was refunded back on the card; he also refused to refund us the 82 cents they begged for for charity. After the way that we were treated, why would we (or anyone else for that matter) want to support any charitable efforts on the part of Taco Bell? His behavior, attitude and lack of customer service seems to indicate that this isn't the first time ppl have complained about being ripped off at this location. Always been a fan of Taco Bell breakfast, and this is the newest addition to the Manor fast food chains..being new, of course it has that fresh construction smell and the service was good..wife gets the bacon Chalupa and I went with the steak grande burrito with a hash browns on the side..and a side of cinna bits, everything was fresh and hot..and they have Diablo sauce..most Bells do not carry it..smoky, nose running spicy and great on any item on the menu..it's nice and close to the house and I'm sure we will be back. I do hope they maintain the standards they have set after grand opening wears off. read more

Look.... I'm the biggest Taco Bell advocate. I love the TB... I respect the TB but recently.... I can't get behind the manor location. They close at 2:00 am... that's what their website says.. that's what their EMPLOYEES SAY! But the past 2 times we've gone, closed at 1 am. No reason as to why. I have only ever used the drive thru. Use the website or app to place your order, that'll ensure your customizations are sent to the food line correctly, cutting out the drive thru operator who will mishear or misenter your order. 3 of 4 times, they'll ask you to pull forward past the camera. This is so their times look better, since your car will drive out making it look like they completed your order in 30 seconds. Your food will have to travel out thru the seating area, out the door, across the road to the parking area you're sent to, instead of the 3 feet out of the window. That is if they bring it to your car first; today the guy took the order to the car behind me who was also told to pull forward. The manager of this location (reportedly) encourages this behavior. Super weird experience, food gets cold, boss gets a nice bonus I guess. The food is hit or miss, sometimes I'll get high quality, but at least half of the orders are low quality. The new chicken chalupa I ordered 2 weeks ago was nice and crispy, today it was soggy with only a few crispy flakes. read more

The white young dude proceeded to give me a regular (it was regular cuz he said it was) I corrected him and said I needed a diet. It almost seems like the place is solely there to push out the most undesirable garbage stalk ends of lettuce. I would be willing to wait an extra 30 seconds to see some love put into my food. Staff has gotten better but still never attentive. Today I ordered a side of rice and it was about 1/3 full. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of Taco Bells. I love Taco Bell usually. It is the quality that is really lacking. If you buy a crunch wrap at this Taco Bell, it will be half the size of what it should be, but you are still paying the same price. I live in Manor, so I have been to this Taco Bell several times, hoping it will somehow get better. It hasn't though. Everything is miniature, and I always feel gross after eating there.
