Beef Fajita, Tripa, Bistec, and Pastor street tacos
    Lee Roy C.

This has become our go-to taco spot since moving to Manor a few years ago. Service is always friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of delicious food. My personal favorite are the tripas, which remind me of some of the best tacos I ate growing up in the Rio Grande Valley. But really, all the meats we've tried, from the fajitas to the pastor, have been good. Even the kids meals are good!

For sure feel like this place is worth visiting. Just maybe during non prime time hours? We went maybe around 1p and waited 45+ min for the food. It was a little deceiving that there was no line because there was only one table taken. Later found out we were not the one and only-s (if that's a word) - others were just waiting in their cars. But, when food finally came out, they greatly apologized for the wait. In my book that accounts for a little something right? The other something that can help make up for it is of course.... the food. Steak Burrito Parrillito - for sure would order this again. The burrito was just straight up flour tortilla wrapped around meat of choice. An abundance of meat of choice if you can't tell by my photo. Hey, I mean, you definitely get your money's worth of protein in this dish. Not only quantity - but quality and flavor of the steak was great. The queso smothered on top was perfectly flavorful and might have helped make the dish. Mexican Rice - my husband says I have a particular palate so what other way to say... I'm pretty particular about how i like my mexican rice and this place had it just right. Perfect texture, not too soft or hard, good basic flavor that's flavorful (if that makes any sense). So when in Manor... or passing through... stop by and stay a while (maybe literally lol).

This review is based on one plate, the steak fajita plate. It exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect much because it was a food trailer on 290 near a busy intersection. It is very close to where I work, so I thought I'd give it a try. There are a few parking spaces but very close to the road (290) so be careful. The plate is $14, huge portion, 2 meals for me or can be shared between 2 people. Loved everything about it, super hot and freshly cooked with 3 warm tortillas. I normally don't like the beans, but theirs I like, just the right amount of seasoning and texture.

campechana on a corn tortilla with lime, cilantro, onion, and a bit of both salsas

OMG Im sitting here devouring my tacos and I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. I have been ordering tacos from here consistently since we moved to Manor and I am never disappointed. When I'm lazy, I just use DoorDash and have them delivered! My favorites are campechana (beef and chorizo) and camaron (shrimp) on corn tortillas and also bean, cheese and bacon (they add a whole strip of bacon to each taco, y'all) on a flour tortilla. The corn tortillas are homemade and so yummy! With the campechana and camaron, I say yes to the cilantro, onion, and lime, and add a bit of both the red/orange salsa and the green salsa. The red/orange one is super hot, so I'm thinking it's habanero, but it's so flavorful. The green one is not as spicy and it's a bit tangy, so I'm thinking it's tomatillo. Anyways! That's what I have to say! I only have a pic of the campechana, because I already ate the other two. Sorry!

BEC left CEC right and some righteous sauces! Orange being my favorite!

This is easily my favorite breakfast taco spot in Manor...The combo of the buttery eggs and gooey white cheese makes me happy...and that orange sauce is to die for! You can call ahead or order at the window...They run on a buzzer system so you can chill in your car while you wait..They do get very busy at times so if your in a rush call ahead!

"Surround yourself with tacos, not negativity." Highlights: *Homemade Tortillas *Aguas Frescas *Delicious and Spicy Salsas Review: Homemade tortillas plus a flavorful spicy sauce always catches my attention and this taco stand did not disappoint. The campechano taco was delicious, the beef steak was tender and the saltiness of the chorizo plus some lime juice brought it all together. The tripa taco was too salty for my taste but was cooked to perfection. The al pastor was flavorful, tender, smoky, charred and well seasoned. While all of the meat was delicious, the highlight of the visit was the salsas. They had the right amount of heat, flavor and acidity. The spice was cooled down by a really refreshing Horchata. Looking forward to trying out other options on their extensive menu. Check them out! We have two favorite taco trucks in Manor and this is one of them! This one is the best for street tacos, breakfast and the full menu including the seafood burrito! Our other favorite is el bandito who specializes in just birria. But for a traditional authentic Mexican menu, we love la parrillita! There's always a line at breakfast but it moves fast. The owners speak Spanish and English so don't be intimidated if you don't speak Spanish. Everything here has been so good and we've been back three times!

The best breakfast burrito I've ever had! I just moved to Manor and was looking for a new taco place. This place is great! Real authentic food. I'll be coming back.

We had some queso with hamburger and guacamole for the table. I was fairly certain I didn't want to try it but I did and I actually thought it was delicious. The red and green salsas were both very good. I got the camerones al mojo de ajo. Very good - beans even better. The shrimp were claimed to be in a light garlic sauce - I'd say rather it was an incredibly strong garlic sauce - but I love garlic and I'm here for it. But to be sure, I think I will smell garlic for a least the next day (if not more). Got the Mexican martini at the happy hour price. Great price! Very confused at the drink - sweet with olives. Not bad - just don't know quite all what it was, but to be sure I did drink it. Very solid place - would go back again for sure!

Additionally, there was an overwhelming amount of flies throughout our visit, which unfortunately made it difficult to enjoy the meal and really killed my appetite. It's a convenient location within town, but unfortunately the quality didn't meet expectations and I wouldn't return. This restaurant should market itself as Tex-Mex, because it does not reflect traditional Mexican cuisine.

At Murray & Lexington I noticed that El Bandido Suelto ( The Fugitive Bandit?) was opened. I made a slower than usual right turn up the back driveway of the commercial building to the left and then drove around right to their parking lot. Stepping out of my car, I saw the sign stand had a QR code and a small menu. There wasn't a line and a only a few people were waiting for their orders. I looked at the menu on the window and learned that the menu is limited. After looking it over, I ordered the Birria Vampiros. It took less than 5 minutes to get my order. I sat down at tine of the nice wooden bench table with blue umbrellas and unwrapped the bag. In front of my eyes were two fried eggs, underneath that was a juicy, tender lamb and a cheese concoction. All nestled in top of a freshly made corn tortilla. I found out it was still hot when I tried to pick it up. No matter, I moved a bit of the nestled tapa topping to let the steam escape. In the second attempt, success led to an amazing combination of crunch, cheese, tender pulled meat with diced onions, cilantro, lime and red salsa... Twilight Zone experience.
